The role requires advanced SQL, data warehouse, ETL/ELT, data modeling, data quality, cloud platform, Agile, and stakeholder collaboration expertise.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and monitors scalable cloud and on-premise platforms. The role focuses on AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, automation, system reliability, outage resolution, security best practices, fault tolerance, load testing, and production troubleshooting. It partners with product teams on deployments, infrastructure improvements, technical projects, documentation, mentoring, and adoption of modern platform technologies, including participation in a monthly on-call rotation.

Leads premium audit operations, managing and developing auditors while overseeing complex commercial account audits, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, performance metrics, disputes, and process improvements. Partners with underwriting, claims, billing, loss control, and agencies to communicate audit findings and support sound underwriting decisions. Serves as a technical expert on premium audit methodologies, workers’ compensation and general liability classifications, regulatory interpretation, and audit documentation.

Provide administrative support to commercial lines underwriters and agencies by rating and entering transactions, routing work, maintaining records and reports, and delivering timely customer service within established procedures.

Lead and develop commercial underwriting teams, set underwriting strategy, partner cross-functionally to drive profitable growth, ensure compliance and strong customer experience, and manage agency/vendor relationships and regional business plans.

Lead product implementation initiatives and manage a team of product implementation and business analysts.
