Supports the Marketing Department with administrative, promotional, communications, and sales activities. Responsibilities include assisting product management and community relations, processing invoices, managing distributions and inventory, compiling reports, tracking budgets, coordinating an employee recognition event, and maintaining departmental files. The role requires strong organization, communication, project planning, Excel and Word proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a demanding onsite environment.

Under general supervision, provides administrative and analytical support for real property management: schedules repairs and maintenance, manages keys, audits invoices, maintains vendor contracts and insurance, processes sublease income and utility statements, prepares allocations and GL entries, coordinates projects and bid packages, and performs departmental secretarial duties.
