Process and research ATM claims, apply Visa/STAR and federal dispute regulations, make customer verification calls, perform ATM settlement, provide analytical support to branches and departments, and participate in related projects.

Process and maintain deposit account setups and billing, import processing files, reconcile tax impound accounts, support AA system administration for daily and month-end processing, and provide customer service support to branches and sales staff.

Provide administrative support to Regional Service and Marketing Managers: prepare weekly/monthly reports, handle inquiries and complaints, assist with budgets, manage schedules and calendars, document meetings, arrange travel and hotel reservations, and support special projects while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
