Lead and supervise Risk and Underwriting teams to ensure merchant due diligence, adherence to policy and card brand guidelines, and loss prevention. Handle complex escalations, hire/train and manage staff, maintain programs to minimize losses, coordinate with sales/operations for funds/authorization approvals, troubleshoot production systems, and support special projects.

Provide administrative support to Regional Service and Marketing Managers by preparing reports, handling inquiries and complaints, assisting with budgets, managing schedules and calendars, documenting meetings, coordinating travel and hotel reservations, and supporting special projects.

Designs, administers, and delivers employee training programs; prepares and maintains course materials; evaluates and updates content; identifies subject matter experts; ensures training complies with banking regulations and completes assigned compliance training; resolves classroom issues and coordinates logistics across locations.
