Supervise clinical decision-making and daily operations of a youth behavioral health urgent care, provide clinical oversight, consultation, documentation review, staff supervision, training/onboarding, and direct crisis services when needed. Ensure safety planning, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and community outreach during primarily evening shifts.

Master's-level internship providing hands-on behavioral health experience across Mobile Crisis, Outpatient, Residential, and IICAPS programs. Interns receive trainings (e.g., suicide assessment, CBT), perform client-centered, trauma-informed care, complete onboarding, background checks, and health clearances. Nine-month, on-site, unpaid placements in the greater Waterbury area requiring reliable transportation and commitment to program-specific schedules.

Provide 24/7 mobile crisis assessment, stabilization, brief therapies, case/care management and community outreach for children, adolescents and families. Deliver in-home, school, ER and community-based interventions, maintain documentation, collaborate with teams and participate in supervision, training, and program outreach. Must be available for on-call/mobile responses and travel within the regional catchment area.

Provide assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, case/care management, outreach, and community-based services for children, adolescents and families. Maintain records, meet productivity standards, provide after-hours mobile crisis responses, supervise staff/interns, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, and assist with program operations, development, and outreach.

Provide case management to families referred by DCF: conduct intakes, create and monitor individualized service plans, coordinate housing and community resources, perform home visits and on-call monitoring, collaborate with DCF and partners to ensure child safety, maintain confidential records, prepare reports, and submit monthly activity statistics.

Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families including assessment, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, case management, community outreach, and documentation. Deliver services across homes, schools, hospitals and community locations, participate in after-hours coverage, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise interns, and support program development.
