Provide assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, case/care management, outreach, and community-based services for children, adolescents and families. Maintain records, meet productivity standards, provide after-hours mobile crisis responses, supervise staff/interns, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, and assist with program operations, development, and outreach.

Master's-level internship providing hands-on behavioral health experience across Mobile Crisis, Outpatient, Residential, and IICAPS programs. Interns receive trainings (e.g., suicide assessment, CBT), perform client-centered, trauma-informed care, complete onboarding, background checks, and health clearances. Nine-month, on-site, unpaid placements in the greater Waterbury area requiring reliable transportation and commitment to program-specific schedules.

Provide 24/7 mobile crisis assessment, stabilization, brief therapies, case/care management and community outreach for children, adolescents and families. Deliver in-home, school, ER and community-based interventions, maintain documentation, collaborate with teams and participate in supervision, training, and program outreach. Must be available for on-call/mobile responses and travel within the regional catchment area.

Provide home-based, relationship-focused psychotherapy (Child-Parent Psychotherapy and other evidence-based treatments) to young children (0-5) and caregivers, complete assessments and individualized plans, consult with early childhood providers, participate in reflective supervision and trainings, provide crisis intervention, and maintain clinical documentation.

Lead day-to-day operations of an Urgent Crisis Center, providing clinical and administrative supervision, ensuring program fidelity and access, conducting crisis intervention, monitoring outcomes and quality assurance, coordinating community partnerships, and promoting family/consumer involvement to improve care.

Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families including assessment, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, case management, community outreach, and documentation. Deliver services across homes, schools, hospitals and community locations, participate in after-hours coverage, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise interns, and support program development.
