Provide front-desk and administrative support for a childrens outpatient program: greet and check in clients, schedule appointments, verify/update demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, handle billing and data entry, process referrals and releases, assist with orientations, respond to crisis calls, and translate for Spanish-speaking clients.

Provide 24/7 mobile crisis assessment, stabilization, brief therapies, case/care management and community outreach for children, adolescents and families. Deliver in-home, school, ER and community-based interventions, maintain documentation, collaborate with teams and participate in supervision, training, and program outreach. Must be available for on-call/mobile responses and travel within the regional catchment area.

Provide intensive in-home Multisystemic Therapy - Building Stronger Families (MST-BSF), including assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, family and system-focused interventions, documentation, coordination with stakeholders, training participation, and community outreach.
