Manages UL Follow-Up Service Program requirements, drawing approvals, SCCR and standards compliance, engineering KPIs, quality escalations, and development of panel engineering capabilities.

Supports low-voltage motor product lines through market research, new product development, product launches, technical customer support, certification, industry group participation, training, and marketing materials. Collaborates with engineering, sales, service, logistics, and customers, provides technical and commercial mentoring, and travels moderately to customer sites, trade shows, and manufacturing facilities.

Supports customers and sales teams with engineered low- and medium-voltage motor applications. Responsibilities include preparing technical and commercial quotations, managing RFQs through negotiation, interpreting customer specifications, providing training, configuring orders, creating procedures and technical documentation, performing electrical and mechanical calculations, and coordinating with engineering teams and factories. The role requires familiarity with motor standards, pricing, sales processes, industry applications, SAP, and approximately four years of LV or MV motor experience.

Provides independent pre- and post-sales engineering support for PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and automation systems. Designs, programs, tests, commissions, and modifies control solutions; performs root-cause analysis; resolves integration issues; develops validation plans and technical documentation; and advises customers, partners, sales, and engineering teams. Also serves as an escalation resource and supports technical training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage import and export trade compliance across business divisions, including shipment reviews, HTS classification, customs entry audits, export authorizations, regulatory reporting, and Section 232 data validation. Senior Accountant responsible for general ledger reconciliation, month-end and year-end close, journal entries, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax schedules, lease accounting, revenue recognition, and internal controls. The role also supports accounting process improvements, SAP activities, government reporting, and mentorship of junior staff. This fully onsite position requires progressive corporate or manufacturing accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.

Staff Accountant responsible for general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, audit support, payroll data, fixed assets, vendor setup, and tax filing preparation. The role requires adherence to GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and company accounting policies, along with participation in accounting process improvements and financial projects.

Leads the industrial motors product management team and portfolio, driving product lifecycle management, market growth, new product launches, customized OEM solutions, pricing, inventory, sales enablement, technical documentation, and customer support. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales, headquarters, and industry organizations to develop products and tools for the U.S. market. Requires extensive industrial motor expertise, leadership, product marketing, NPI, and up to 50% travel.

Manages high-voltage solution quotations from RFQ review through negotiation closeout. Collaborates with sales, customers, and manufacturing teams to develop technical and commercial proposals, evaluate requirements, apply pricing guidelines, and support order processing. Prepares quotations and documentation, reviews purchase orders, maintains project records, and provides technical and commercial support to project teams. Requires knowledge of electrical machines, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Leads complex customer, EPC, engineered-to-order, and strategic energy equipment projects from order handoff through closeout. Serves as the primary customer interface while coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, field service, quality, vendors, and leadership. Owns project schedules, scope, risks, financial performance, contracts, quality, compliance, customer acceptance, and continuous improvement. Provides technical leadership, resolves escalated issues, and mentors project personnel. Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.

Provides engineering support for low-voltage electrical panel manufacturing. Responsibilities include improving panel designs, documenting specifications and bills of material, developing production templates and poka-yokes, supporting assembly and testing, creating SOPs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process efficiency, cost reduction, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
