Drive profitable growth for WEG commercial products across the Mid-Atlantic territory. Responsibilities include developing new business, expanding existing accounts, identifying project opportunities, providing technical sales support, evaluating applications, leading technical discussions, executing territory growth plans, and collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, customer service, and sales teams. The role requires extensive travel and residence within the Mid-Atlantic region.

Leads WEG’s U.S. Automation channel strategy across distribution, e-commerce, and systems integrator networks. Responsibilities include managing channel leaders, developing partner programs, pricing and incentive structures, expanding market coverage, building strategic relationships, forecasting, and driving profitable growth. The role requires deep industrial automation and distribution expertise, strong business planning and negotiation skills, and experience leading teams and channel ecosystems.

Provides operational visibility and business intelligence to Operations leadership through dashboards, automated reporting, KPI governance, and data analysis. Owns the Product Introduction Process and supports S&OP development, reporting, and continuous improvement. Consolidates ERP and business-platform data, prepares executive scorecards, identifies operational trends and risks, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Finance.
