Edits courseware, exams, faculty-development content, and online resources; converts materials into Word, PDF, and Moodle formats; manages copyright permissions; conducts plagiarism and AI checks; advises staff and students on composition; maintains online writing centers; develops writing tools and courses; and teaches essay fundamentals classes.

Provides business operations and financial analysis support by developing execution plans, annual phasing plans, financial tracking reports, workflow improvements, and decision-quality data. Tracks spending and financial categories, supports training and conference event packages, analyzes business processes, and recommends workflow automation using Microsoft 365. The role requires a master's degree or equivalent experience, five years of business or program analysis experience, and government-access eligibility with Secret clearance requirements.

Develops graphics, multimedia, imagery, video, audio, and user interfaces for Marine Corps educational courseware, marketing, and outreach. Advises subject-matter experts and instructional designers on visual strategies, supports asynchronous learning delivery, coordinates imagery and video collection, and creates interactive multimedia using Adobe products. Requires professional graphic design experience, educational or corporate client experience, and government-access eligibility with Secret clearance requirements for classified work.

Develops and coordinates CDET outreach, marketing, social media, and strategic communications. Advises leadership and regional campuses on audience-focused messaging, maintains social media and website content, supports outreach campaigns, coordinates publications, and ensures consistent communication style. The role requires five years of marketing, communications, public affairs, outreach, or stakeholder engagement experience, plus a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree and CDMP certification are preferred.

Provides institutional research and analytical support for distance education and resident academic programs. Designs and distributes surveys, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, prepares course and program reports, coordinates research with academic leaders, supports review boards, maintains accreditation records, and contributes to annual assessment activities.

Develops interactive HTML5 courseware, webpages, and multimedia content for MarineNet eLearning and CDET outreach programs. Provides programming and web design expertise to instructional designers, course directors, associate deans, and subject-matter experts. Coordinates imagery and video collection efforts and ensures content supports instructional objectives, technical performance, and asynchronous delivery.

Provides administrative and program-management support for CDET and MCU operations, including scheduling, reporting, correspondence, records management, meeting coordination, travel, data entry, task tracking, invoice documentation, events, and stakeholder communication. Supports program reviews, quality-control visits, workshops, contract execution, and leadership initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and organizational compliance. The position is contingent upon contract award and requires background-investigation and government-access eligibility.

Develops and maintains knowledge management strategies, repositories, taxonomies, governance practices, training, metrics, and collaborative processes. Documents best practices and lessons learned, supports information retrieval, evaluates knowledge management tools, facilitates knowledge-sharing events, and reports on program effectiveness. Requires a related bachelor’s degree, three years of relevant experience, Tier 1 background investigation, government-access eligibility, and an active Secret clearance before classified work.

Manages alumni databases, communications, inquiries, outreach, engagement reporting, feedback collection, marketing materials, and professional development program coordination for Marine Corps University and Education Command graduates.

Provides technical administration, support, training, and content-development services for Moodle-based learning systems. Manages user accounts, courses, databases, multimedia instructional materials, assessments, system enhancements, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance. Coordinates with tier-one support staff and course developers, creates tutorials and technical documentation, and recommends solutions for diverse users and delivery environments. The role requires Moodle or equivalent LMS certification, a bachelor’s degree, five years of relevant experience, and government-access eligibility with Secret clearance required for classified work.

Develops, evaluates, documents, and improves curriculum, assessments, lesson plans, faculty guides, and technology-enhanced learning resources for Marine Corps University and Education Command. Collaborates with subject matter experts, analyzes student performance data, supports online learning tools, facilitates curriculum reviews, and maintains accreditation and regulatory compliance documentation. The position is contingent upon contract award and requires background investigation and government-access eligibility, with an active Secret clearance required for classified work.

Provides approved male and female voice talent for distance education courseware. Records scripts exactly as supplied, delivers broadcast-quality MP3 narration files, follows CDET naming and formatting requirements, and submits samples and final files through FTP or similar services. The position requires a high school diploma or GED; prior voiceover experience is desired. Employment is contingent on contract award.

Provides technical and operational support for the CDET Learning Support System, including account and course administration, user training, multimedia content development, technical issue resolution, assessment conversion, system feature research, and student performance reporting. The role supports curriculum developers, instructors, and tier 1 support personnel while creating instructional materials using graphics, HTML5 animations, databases, videos, documents, spreadsheets, and audio.

Develops and executes strategic communications across written, digital, social media, web, briefing, and multimedia channels. Creates content, manages social media, develops leadership materials, supports internal communications, coordinates cross-functional messaging, manages communication calendars, builds external partnerships, and measures campaign effectiveness using analytics. The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, three years of communications experience, and government-access eligibility with an active Secret clearance required before classified support.
