The role requires five years of marketing, communications, public affairs, outreach, or stakeholder engagement experience, plus a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree and CDMP certification are preferred.

Develops and coordinates operational plans, schedules, exercises, reports, briefings, risk assessments, meetings, and after-action products supporting Marine Corps University and Education Command objectives. The role coordinates department input, tracks milestones and action items, improves operational processes, supports training and contingency exercises, maintains records, and documents lessons learned. Provides institutional research and analytical support for distance education and resident academic programs.
