Reviews and dispositions AML transaction monitoring alerts, investigates suspicious activity using transactional data, KYC records, and open-source research, and determines escalation needs. Maintains auditable case documentation, supports adverse media and PEP screening, identifies fraud and AML typologies, and partners with Engineering to improve monitoring processes. The role also supports AML reporting, controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory change management.

Conduct AML and financial crime investigations by reviewing transactions, KYC records, and open-source information; identify money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud indicators; file SARs; maintain investigation metrics; and improve suspicious activity detection, transaction monitoring, controls, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Fraud Operations, Product Support, and Engineering teams while managing a large caseload and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
