Conduct quantitative analysis of macroeconomic, market, consumer, and business trends using first- and third-party data. Translate findings into accessible public-facing research, written content, visualizations, and interactive tools for Wealthfront’s blog, newsletter, social media, and media channels. Monitor economic news, collaborate with content and communications teams, and participate in media, podcast, and video interviews.

Conduct talent market research and build talent maps for engineering roles; write conviction packets on candidates; identify passive technical talent; structure talent-flow and comp data; advise hiring leaders and contribute to sourcing frameworks and playbooks.

Own and scale Wealthfront’s paid partnerships strategy across affiliates, creators, publishers, and emerging channels. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps and business cases, sourcing partners, negotiating agreements, building onboarding and compliance workflows, measuring campaign performance, optimizing acquisition channels, and collaborating with Creative, Legal, Product Marketing, Communications, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

Provides customer support through email and phone, helps clients use Wealthfront products, resolves issues with operations teams, and identifies customer experience improvements. Reviews client information and approves fund transfers, explains asset allocation and investment risk profiles, and helps clients understand investment performance and risk decisions. Requires financial-services knowledge, strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and Series 7 and 66 licenses or the ability to obtain them within three months.

Manage end-to-end semi-monthly payroll, including payroll data, personnel records, deductions, equity taxation, tax mobility, tax returns, amendments, reconciliations, audits, and payroll journal entries under U.S. GAAP. Partner with payroll providers, state agencies, vendors, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Human Strategy to resolve issues, maintain compliance, improve workflows, automate processes, and ensure data accuracy.

Reviews and dispositions AML transaction monitoring alerts, investigates suspicious activity using transactional data, KYC records, and open-source research, and determines escalation needs. Maintains auditable case documentation, supports adverse media and PEP screening, identifies fraud and AML typologies, and partners with Engineering to improve monitoring processes. The role also supports AML reporting, controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory change management.

Conduct AML and financial crime investigations by reviewing transactions, KYC records, and open-source information; identify money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud indicators; file SARs; maintain investigation metrics; and improve suspicious activity detection, transaction monitoring, controls, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Fraud Operations, Product Support, and Engineering teams while managing a large caseload and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Design, implement, and maintain networking and server hardware across data centers, offices, and cloud. Build telemetry, monitoring, and automated change-management pipelines. Triage on-call incidents, run post-mortems, and drive improvements. Influence hybrid cloud architecture, liaise with vendors/ISPs, and perform onsite networking projects at Bay Area and New Jersey locations.

Build and maintain infrastructure and core services across physical data centers and AWS. Automate deployments, configuration, and management of critical services; triage and resolve production issues as on-call; design and deploy internal tools to accelerate engineering productivity; manage server hardware for occasional onsite data-center work; participate in post-mortems and infrastructure planning.

Design and build native iOS features for investment and cash accounts, write automated tests, integrate with design systems and backend APIs, own projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and support production iOS app and CI through on-call rotations.

The Android Engineer will design and develop new features for the Android app, write automated tests, and collaborate on backend APIs in a cross-functional team.

Build and manage a product marketing team, define target audiences and positioning, partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Data Science, run experiments and messaging tests, craft creative briefs, and report business performance to executives to drive product-led growth.

Conduct daily fraud and AML investigations, analyze account and transaction histories, identify suspicious activity and typologies, coordinate recoveries and escalations, partner with compliance, engineering, and product to implement automated controls, and contribute to policies, detection rules, dashboards, and process improvements to prevent financial crime.

Join a cross-functional frontend team to design and build client-facing features, improve web platform infrastructure and performance, triage operational issues, mentor engineers, and participate in recruiting within an agile environment.

Lead and execute high-impact visual design for investing products, collaborating cross-functionally to produce web, motion, print, and social assets. Translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging visuals, mentor teammates, drive campaigns from concept to delivery, and evolve brand expressions to meet business objectives.

Support month-end close and financial reporting; prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and financial models; analyze income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows; partner with Accounting and business teams; improve reporting, automate processes, and produce presentations and ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
