The Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice on corporate and securities matters, assist with public reporting, corporate governance, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Write timely, engaging market and macroeconomic commentary for the Vested Interest newsletter across short- and long-form, video, and social formats. Monitor markets daily, ideate shareable stories, build and manage freelance contributors, partner with cross-functional teams for distribution and measurement, and evaluate new formats and channels to improve content outcomes.

Conduct daily fraud and AML investigations, analyze account and transaction histories, identify suspicious activity and typologies, coordinate recoveries and escalations, partner with compliance, engineering, and product to implement automated controls, and contribute to policies, detection rules, dashboards, and process improvements to prevent financial crime.
