Handle inbound lead and discovery calls, conduct short sales conversations to qualify and convert leads, follow scripts and adapt naturally, maintain CRM and sales pipeline, support onboarding and follow-up, assist outreach and newsletters, track lead status and conversion outcomes, and contribute to scaling the sales process.

Edit and optimize long- and short-form video content for YouTube and social platforms. Manage and optimize multi-channel performance marketing (Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, retail media), analyze CAC/LTV and profitability, build dashboards, scale campaigns, support marketplace expansion and cross-team coordination to improve ROAS and conversion.

Provide graphic design support as a virtual assistant: create marketing visuals (thumbnails, podcast/video covers, event and social graphics), develop logos and brand assets, update landing page visuals, maintain multi-brand consistency, manage files, collaborate with creative team, contribute creative concepts, and document SOPs to improve processes and campaign performance.
