Manage end-to-end purchase order flow across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce; ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment; maintain documentation and product data; coordinate production runs and inventory across warehouses and distributors (including UNFI and KeHE); resolve shipment and fulfillment issues; track deductions, trade spend, promotions; implement process improvements and automation using AI tools to increase speed, accuracy, and visibility.

Run product demos for pre-qualified leads, guide clients through the SaaS platform, handle no-shows and follow-ups, support post-sale onboarding, assist users with basic questions and platform navigation, encourage adoption, maintain clear client communication, and optionally record tutorial videos.

Manage project timelines, maintain project boards (Jira/ClickUp), schedule and document cross-functional meetings, coordinate creative production and campaign assets, compile status updates and client reporting, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and support process improvements to increase team efficiency.

Manage, optimize, and report on Google and Meta paid ad campaigns focused on lead generation. Track conversions and ROI using Google Analytics, execute social media posting (Meta), request Google reviews via outbound calls, and follow scripts and workflows while working independently in a remote, task-based environment.

Manage and optimize affiliate and publisher accounts to grow revenue. Monitor campaign metrics, troubleshoot tracking and delivery issues, negotiate deals, and maintain accurate CRM records. Support partner onboarding, compliance, payouts, and collaborate with internal teams to improve performance.
