Coordinates client accounts, campaigns, media partners, creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Tracks timelines, budgets, deliverables, launches, and campaign performance while supporting optimization, reporting, billing, and media trafficking. Prepares client presentations and proposals, communicates insights, maintains project documentation, resolves issues proactively, and supports client retention through reliable service and follow-through.

Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Instacart, and other retail media channels. Improve ROAS, TACOS, contribution margin, and profitability through bid optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and landing page optimization. Analyze CAC, LTV, inventory, customer behavior, and marketplace trends; maintain performance dashboards; recommend growth opportunities; and collaborate on launches, listings, conversion improvements, and omnichannel expansion.

Provide executive-level virtual administrative support: manage calendars and email, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports and spreadsheets, conduct research, assist with project coordination, and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Edit and optimize long- and short-form video content for YouTube and social platforms. Improve audio/video quality, craft pacing and storytelling, design thumbnails, create SEO-optimized titles/descriptions, upload and organize assets, and repurpose content for short-form distribution while meeting deadlines and brand guidelines.

Provide administrative and technical support to the CIO: manage product imports and data in Acumatica ERP, maintain Shopify store, monitor integrations and system performance, troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors, create and maintain SOPs and documentation, analyze data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets, manage calendars and projects, and support automation and system improvements. Occasional after-hours support required.

Contact and qualify inbound/outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, follow up via phone/email/text, schedule appointments, maintain CRM and sales pipelines, support closing deals, and build prospect/customer relationships to meet sales goals.

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping: record and categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, manage A/P and A/R, prepare financial reports, assist month-end close, monitor invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain confidential organized financial records.

Provide remote executive and administrative support including calendar and email management, meeting coordination, travel booking, research, document and spreadsheet preparation, task follow-up, project coordination, recordkeeping, and professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support C-level executives.

Respond to inbound leads and perform outbound calls/emails to qualify prospects, schedule consultations, follow up on stalled leads, pursue reorders and expansions, maintain CRM records, and meet daily activity and sales pipeline goals.
