Prepares client presentations and proposals, communicates insights, maintains project documentation, resolves issues proactively, and supports client retention through reliable service and follow-through.

Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Instacart, and other retail media channels. Improve ROAS, TACOS, contribution margin, and profitability through bid optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and landing page optimization. Analyze CAC, LTV, inventory, customer behavior, and marketplace trends; maintain performance dashboards; recommend growth opportunities; and collaborate on launches, listings, conversion improvements, and omnichannel expansion.

Provide executive-level virtual administrative support: manage calendars and email, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports and spreadsheets, conduct research, assist with project coordination, and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
