Manage affiliate partnerships and campaign optimization, maintain partner communications and onboarding, monitor performance metrics, implement Email and SMS campaigns, escalate and document partner issues, execute optimization tasks, analyze reports in Google Sheets/Excel, and collaborate with internal teams to improve affiliate and campaign performance.

Provide administrative and technical support to the CIO: manage product imports and data in Acumatica ERP, maintain Shopify store, monitor integrations and system performance, troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors, create and maintain SOPs and documentation, analyze data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets, manage calendars and projects, and support automation and system improvements. Occasional after-hours support required.

Provide data analysis and reporting as a virtual assistant: create and maintain reports, perform data entry and validation, generate visual insights, collaborate with stakeholders, track action items, and improve workflows to optimize reporting efficiency.
