We are looking for full-time and part-time Physicians to assess and manage workplace injuries within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include diagnosing conditions, preparing reports, and providing medical recommendations.

Adjudicate workers' compensation claims by gathering and analyzing information, determining entitlements under the Workers' Compensation Act, coordinating medical treatment, managing a high-volume caseload, communicating decisions to stakeholders, and facilitating access to benefits and return-to-work supports while maintaining documentation and strong client relationships.

Provide administrative support for a high volume of workers' compensation claims: gather information from stakeholders, communicate on modified work plans, assist case management and adjudication, and calculate/set up certain benefit payments to support safe, timely return to work.

Provide timely, accurate inbound customer service for workers, employers and partners about claims and WCB processes. Triage calls, collect claim information, document interactions, ensure privacy compliance, achieve first-call resolution, and occasionally serve front-counter customers. Handle complex, sensitive inquiries calmly and use sound judgment.

Provide one-on-one physiotherapy assessment and treatment within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, deliver interdisciplinary programs and FCEs, perform off-site services, collaborate with surgeons/claim owners/employers, and support specialized program teams. Maintain documentation, travel to employer worksites, and work standard weekday shifts.
