We are looking for full-time and part-time Physicians to assess and manage workplace injuries within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include diagnosing conditions, preparing reports, and providing medical recommendations.

Lead and govern WCB-Alberta's Business Continuity Management program: maintain BCM framework, run BIAs and exercises, coordinate incident/crisis response, advise leadership, drive continuous improvement, and support related IT and business projects.

Partner with leaders to support change initiatives, process improvement, and organizational performance through analysis, facilitation, survey coordination, process mapping, and implementation support. Provide change management guidance, develop recommendations and OKRs, lead workshops, and translate data into actionable insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Provide clinical consultation and review for work-related psychological injuries, give written and verbal opinions on diagnosis and fitness for work, recommend assessment/treatment/return-to-work plans, perform critical incident interventions, review treatment plans, collaborate with contract managers, contribute to policy/best practices, and provide occasional supervision and in-services.
