The Credit Analyst will analyze financial and non-financial data of clients, assessing repayment capacity, risks, and collaborating across teams to refine credit policies.

Own and scale Wayflyer’s security program: lead a security team, define strategy, run monitoring, detection and incident response, partner with engineering on cloud and application security, manage third‑party risk, ensure regulatory controls, and report security posture to leadership.

Build and own end-to-end features across backend and frontend: design backend services and data models (Python/Django), implement RESTful APIs, create reusable frontend components (TypeScript/React), write tests, participate in code reviews, maintain production reliability and security, and collaborate with product and design.
