The Operations Controller will oversee LandBridge's operational accounting activities, ensuring financial accuracy, reporting, and process controls, while supporting management with analytics and compliance audits.

The Workday Analyst troubleshoots and optimizes Workday applications, supports HR/Finance, manages security roles, and conducts data reconciliation and audits.

The Roustabout assists with operations on saltwater disposals and water wells, performing maintenance, monitoring equipment, and ensuring safety compliance.

Lead and supervise field instrumentation and electrical teams to install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs, RTUs, VFDs, and instrumentation. Manage preventive maintenance, budgets, documentation, contractor coordination, safety, and regulatory compliance while coaching staff and supporting operations.

Dispatch company and contracted drivers for scheduled and on-demand oil hauling and service work. Monitor driver status, hours of service, SCADA and field cameras, and load progress. Maintain dispatch documentation, verify BOLs/delivery receipts, enter load and mileage data, resolve operational issues with drivers/customers, and generate daily performance and utilization reports while supporting DOT/FMCSA compliance and exception management.
