Oversee ranch infrastructure, pipeline rights-of-way, pad sites, roads, fences, gates, freshwater wells, and existing oil and gas assets. Coordinate with survey crews, land teams, and operators; report leaks, safety and environmental issues, trespassing, and project status. Track caliche sales and invoicing, perform maintenance, support freshwater asset operations, and follow applicable regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements in a field-based role.

Dispatches company and contracted drivers for oil hauling and service work, monitors driver status, routes, loads, field activity, and safety compliance. Maintains dispatch records, verifies shipping documentation, updates load and delivery data, resolves issues with drivers and stakeholders, adjusts plans during disruptions, tracks exceptions, and prepares utilization and on-time performance reports.

Support safe, efficient operation of produced water gathering, transport, and disposal systems. Manage small-to-mid capital projects, create/maintain engineering drawings, troubleshoot field issues, analyze flow/pressure data, perform hydraulic modeling and capacity studies, lead process improvements, ensure HSE and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with commercial, engineering, and field teams.
