Reservoir Engineer responsible for produced water volume forecasting, disposal capacity planning, injection performance analysis, subsurface and containment risk evaluation, regulatory permitting support, and commercial diligence. The role partners with operations, analytics, finance, customers, and management to support budgets, dashboards, capacity planning, and asset optimization. Candidates need oil and gas reservoir or planning experience, Class II injection knowledge, strong SQL and Python skills, and the ability to communicate technical uncertainty. Periodic travel to Permian Basin facilities is required.

Plan and design well workovers and completions, prepare AFEs, estimate and track costs, evaluate vendor and contractor performance, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, support rig operations, perform root-cause analyses, maintain wellbore and regulatory records, and develop reporting systems for saltwater disposal wells across multiple basins.

Manage the Houston office front desk and common areas, including visitor reception, phone calls, office supplies, kitchen stock, catering, lunch deliveries, flowers, and administrative support. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining visitor security procedures, supporting company events, restocking supplies, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds or working at heights.
