Coordinate and manage all aspects of wedding planning from booking through day-of coordination. Build client relationships, run rehearsals, manage vendors and CRM, and ensure flawless event execution while following sales and communication processes.

Perform end-of-night breakdown and recovery of floral and event inventory: remove, pack, transport, and account for rentals and hard goods. Return, clean, sort, and reset inventory in the warehouse. Identify reusable vs. disposal items, report damages, and assist the Operations Lead. Work late nights and weekends; follow safety protocols and handle heavy lifting and vehicle loading.

Prepare and process florals, support event design and installations, handle inventory and prep, load/deliver/unload events, and assist with setup and breakdown for 5–10+ weekend weddings.

Lead and manage banquet and food & beverage event operations across district venues. Hire, train, schedule hourly staff; execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); oversee budgets, procurement, venue cleanliness, and guest experience; attend BEO meetings; enforce company standards; and develop staff through coaching and training.

Must work weekends, lift 40+ lbs, pass background check, hold a valid driver’s license, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Design, build, and manage L&D programs and the Paycom LMS; partner with managers to extract subject-matter expertise, create multi-format learning (onboarding, e-learning, video, facilitator guides), coach managers to deliver training, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement to increase learner effectiveness and retention.

Lead event and food & beverage operations across multiple venues, manage staffing, execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure 5-star guest experiences, control budgets and supplies, train and coach employees, maintain venue cleanliness, and enforce company standards during weekend and evening events.

Manage client and event data entry, CRM maintenance, scheduling, client outreach, printing proposals, answering phones, producing booking reports, and supporting the Floral Director with administrative tasks.

Maintain and organize floral inventory, ensure quality control, and execute event setups and strikes. Safely transport materials, enforce safety/compliance, and coordinate with the Operations Lead to meet event deadlines.

Provide DJ and emcee services for weddings (50–200 guests): set up and break down DJ equipment, assist with lighting and photo booth, support pre-event planning and playlist creation, maintain professionalism, and deliver excellent customer service at part-time weekend/evening events.
