Maintains floral and event inventory, performs quality checks, safely packs and transports designs, executes event setups and strikes, and ensures compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong organization, communication, deadline management, physical stamina, and the ability to drive delivery vans or box trucks while handling items weighing 30 pounds or more.

Produces and installs floral designs for weddings and events, including floral processing, inventory and supply preparation, loading, delivery, unloading, and event breakdown. Requires weekend and evening availability, the ability to lift 40+ pounds, ladder use, two years of floral design experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and work authorization in the United States.

Manage venue sales from lead response through signed contracts and payments. Build client relationships through email, phone, and text; conduct property tours; negotiate agreements; follow up persistently; meet sales targets; maintain CRM records; and deliver exceptional client service. The role requires regional venue travel, weekend and evening availability, contract preparation, and accurate payment and record handling.
