Coordinate and manage all aspects of wedding planning from booking through day-of coordination. Build client relationships, run rehearsals, manage vendors and CRM, and ensure flawless event execution while following sales and communication processes.

Perform end-of-night breakdown and recovery of floral and event inventory: remove, pack, transport, and account for rentals and hard goods. Return, clean, sort, and reset inventory in the warehouse. Identify reusable vs. disposal items, report damages, and assist the Operations Lead. Work late nights and weekends; follow safety protocols and handle heavy lifting and vehicle loading.

Prepare and process florals, support event design and installations, handle inventory and prep, load/deliver/unload events, and assist with setup and breakdown for 5–10+ weekend weddings.
