Produces silk floral arrangements for weddings and events, including inventory organization, material preparation, assembly, installation assistance, workspace maintenance, loading, delivery, unloading, and post-event breakdown. Requires consistent design replication, attention to detail, physical strength, weekend and occasional evening availability, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, punctuality, and accountability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Coordinates clients’ wedding experiences from booking through event completion. Responsibilities include client communication, vendor collaboration, planning meetings, CRM and payment management, rehearsal leadership, and day-of wedding coordination. The role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability, along with event planning experience, reliable transportation, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Maintains floral inventory quality and organization, prepares items for events, safely packs and transports designs, performs event setup and strike activities, and recovers inventory afterward. The role also supports safety compliance and proper handling of flowers and equipment while coordinating with the Operations Lead.
