Provide outpatient OB/GYN care, supervise residents in labor & delivery and GYN clinics, perform GYN surgery and colposcopy, share in-house night/weekend hospitalist call, participate in education, committees, and quality improvement for a Federally Qualified Health Center serving an at-risk population.

Lead development, scaling, and oversight of maternal and pediatric programs (perinatal education, lactation, behavioral health, Centering). Build culturally appropriate education, coordinate community partnerships, use data to design evidence-based interventions, manage program operations and scheduling support, and report to the Chief Impact Officer.

Lead and manage an ACGME-accredited community-based Family Medicine residency in an FQHC, ensuring accreditation compliance, curriculum development, resident recruitment and development, faculty leadership, clinical oversight, quality improvement, scholarship, financial stewardship, and external partnerships to support full-spectrum family medicine training and health equity.

Paid summer internship supporting a defined FP&A project. Prepare and refine reports and analyses using Excel and Microsoft Office, integrate feedback, assist with stakeholder presentations, and gain exposure to related areas (grants, accounting, compensation/benefits, marketing). Receive mentorship; assignments vary by department.

Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists in a mobile school setting, prepare instruments and radiographs, sterilize equipment, handle scheduling, insurance verification, inventory, transport mobile dental equipment between sites, and support billing, documentation, and patient coordination.

Provide ambulatory primary care at a Federally Qualified Health Center, delivering equitable, evidence-based care. Coordinate with in-house specialties and community partners, serve diverse underserved populations, document care, and support clinic goals. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Provide leadership and supervision of pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, review prescriptions and drug interactions, communicate drug information to clinicians, enforce formulary policies, collaborate on patient care, train staff, investigate discrepancies, and support continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.

Provide nursing orientation, competency training, and skills validation for clinical staff; identify learning needs and deliver remediation; collaborate with leadership on evidence-based education; act as vaccination subject-matter resource; respond to patient emergencies; support audits, policy rollouts, and performance improvement; maintain RN licensure and certifications; use EHR, MS Office, and LMS for education and documentation.

Provide inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist coverage with scheduled weeknight, weekend day/night, and 24-hour shifts; supervise and teach family medicine residents on Labor & Delivery; maintain clinical privileges; participate in committees and quality improvement; uphold medical ethics and applicable laws; and perform other assigned duties.

Lead daily operations and growth of a community resource referral program. Build and manage partner relationships, onboard and train partners and staff on FindHelp, track HIPAA-compliant program metrics, optimize workflows, and promote equitable access to resources. Support events, collaborate with care teams, and drive continuous improvement to expand services and improve patient and partner experiences.
