Supports dentists and hygienists during general dental procedures, prepares instruments and equipment, takes and processes radiographs, sterilizes instruments, maintains work areas, and assists with scheduling, records, insurance, billing, inventory, and patient follow-up. The role also supports mobile dental equipment transportation between schools and provides coverage at other clinics.

Performs diagnostic radiographic examinations for pediatric through geriatric patients, ensuring accurate positioning, image quality, radiation safety, documentation, and compassionate patient care. Manages daily X-ray operations, reviews and transmits images through PACS and electronic medical records, maintains equipment and supplies, performs quality control, supports scheduling and workflow, and communicates with providers and radiologists. Provides coverage at other locations as needed and participates in quality improvement and continuing education.

Reviews, enters, and codes vendor invoices; verifies purchase orders, receipts, reimbursements, and credit card charges. Communicates with vendors to resolve billing issues, prepares checks, processes electronic payments, and maintains confidential records. Provides general office and mail support while ensuring accurate, organized accounting administration.
