Manage Saudi HR operations, including payroll inputs and processing, EOSB calculations, employee lifecycle transactions, contracts, offboarding, government-platform updates, work permits, residency processes, HR reporting, employee documentation, and compliance with Saudi Labor Law. Support employee relations and respond to payroll, benefits, contract, and HR procedure inquiries while maintaining accurate employee records.

Performs assigned administrative tasks within a school, supports daily administrative operations, organizes documents and information, coordinates activities, and provides general support to the administrative team.

Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, school networks, email, Microsoft 365, and educational systems. Install and maintain computers, printers, projectors, smart boards, and other classroom technology. Track IT assets, software, support requests, and incidents; assist with exams and events; apply basic cybersecurity and data protection practices; and coordinate with external IT vendors.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, WPS submissions, attendance, leave administration, government transactions, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, medical insurance, reporting, and employee records. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, coordinate with government authorities, insurance providers, and internal departments, and provide day-to-day HR support while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.

Provide technical support and maintain school IT systems (hardware, software, network). Assist staff, students, and administrators with troubleshooting, educational technologies (LMS, smart boards), and basic cybersecurity practices to ensure reliable technology services for learning.

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with international curriculum; assess and document student academic and personal development; manage classrooms; differentiate instruction for diverse learners; collaborate with parents and colleagues; uphold child protection and safeguarding standards.

Provide administrative support to school operations: manage daily tasks, communicate with staff and parents, collaborate with leadership, maintain organization and multitasking, and contribute to a professional school environment.

Coordinate identification and nurturing of gifted students, liaise with Mawhiba programs, design and run enrichment and creative activities, monitor student progress with teachers and parents, and manage program logistics and communications.
