Oversee day-to-day HR operations for the schools, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Manage employee lifecycle, supervise HR administrative functions, support payroll/attendance processes, improve HR services, and maintain employee experience standards.

Provide day-to-day HR support for a primary school: act as first contact for HR inquiries, manage onboarding/offboarding, attendance and leave, prepare employment documents, support payroll and contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with labor law, assist employee relations and engagement, and coordinate HR events.

Provide technical support and maintain school IT systems (hardware, software, network). Assist staff, students, and administrators with troubleshooting, educational technologies (LMS, smart boards), and basic cybersecurity practices to ensure reliable technology services for learning.
