The Applications Manager will lead Kinetic Cloud ERP management, align business needs with system capabilities, and mentor a Technical Business Analyst while ensuring stable application operations and driving process improvements.

Lead development, optimization, and sustainment of titanium powder handling and post-print manufacturing processes. Support equipment setup/qualification, MES/ERP material tracking, work instructions, troubleshooting, DOE/process characterization, and cross-functional production support to improve safety, quality, throughput, and scalability.

Create and maintain manufacturing execution documentation and master data to enable controlled, traceable, repeatable production. Translate engineering drawings/BOMs into shop-floor instructions, support pilot and first-article builds, coordinate part numbers/BOMs/routings in Epicor and MES, define data capture requirements, support system testing/UAT/training, and serve as cross-functional NPI interface to ensure production readiness from systems and documentation perspectives.

The Product Quality Engineer ensures product quality and compliance by performing investigations, executing inspection methods, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining quality documentation.

The Business Systems Analyst Lead liaises between Finance and IT, optimizing ERP systems, handling system implementations, and ensuring successful project management.

Lead cross-functional quality strategy for consumer technology products, integrating quality-by-design from prototype to production. Own metrology, metallurgical testing, advanced process validation, regulatory compliance, MRB leadership, escalated complaint investigations, and mentor junior quality engineers.

Lead NPI quality execution for advanced consumer hardware manufacturing from process development through serial production. Oversee metrology and metallurgical validation, shop-floor root cause investigations, CAPA, MRB, SPC, FAI releases, supplier audits, and customer quality reviews. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement GD&T and Design for Quality controls, while managing and mentoring NPI quality engineers and technicians.

Lead design and implementation of a company-wide management operating system, steward governance, drive portfolio tradeoffs, standardize program metrics and reporting, own planning cadences, enable resource/capacity visibility, align engineering/product plans with business and finance, and support strategic planning and cross-functional coordination.

Lead product quality for assigned product lines, driving validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), SPC deployment, root cause investigations, MRBs, and CAPA execution. Author and maintain quality documentation (DHF/DMR/DHR), collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to implement design-for-manufacturability controls, and mentor junior quality staff to ensure regulatory compliance and production scale-up.

Supports core accounting operations, monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, inventory and cost accounting, audit requests, ERP processes, and internal control improvements. Collaborates with operations and procurement to ensure accurate financial transactions and maintains supporting schedules and documentation.

Process high-volume vendor invoices, perform GL coding, maintain vendor master data, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, handle vendor inquiries, support month-end close and audits, and drive AP process improvements and automation.

Lead and build BU-level Quality for Industrials & Energy: develop scalable, risk-based quality systems, staffing, process qualification, inspection, traceability, and metrics; partner with Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to transition products to production and meet customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Commission, troubleshoot, and integrate industrial-scale metal additive manufacturing equipment. Develop and support control hardware/software, motion control, safety systems, HMIs, data collection, and industrial networks. Collaborate across disciplines to optimize production, implement equipment upgrades, and improve process reliability. Weekend-based (Fri–Mon) role with hands-on responsibilities.
