Lead deployment, commissioning, qualification, and optimization of industrial manufacturing equipment, including additive manufacturing, thermal processing, machining, automation, and cleaning systems. Manage equipment selection, vendor relationships, facility integration, troubleshooting, performance metrics, documentation, preventive maintenance, and operator training. Collaborate with Facilities, EHS, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable 24/7 production operations.

Leads the cross-functional Digital Manufacturing program, overseeing strategy, project plans, technical interfaces, dependencies, risks, resources, reviews, documentation, and executive reporting. Coordinates engineering, IT, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams to deploy scalable data infrastructure, inspection systems, digital tools, and production architectures. Ensures successful transition of new digital capabilities into sustainable daily operations with defined ownership, service levels, and support models.

Own sales operations for a growing manufacturing business, including quote and deal-desk processes, pricing approvals, forecasting, pipeline data quality, quota reporting, purchase-order handoffs, customer follow-through, and commercial process documentation. The role coordinates with sales, engineering, finance, and operations while improving scalable workflows and maintaining accurate Salesforce and ERP data.

Owns Salesforce administration, configuration, security, automation, dashboards, commercial analytics, forecasting data models, and Salesforce-Epicor integration. The role manages quote-to-order data flows, pricing and approval rules, data quality, release management, enhancement roadmaps, user training, documentation, and external implementation partners. It supports sales, finance, engineering, operations planning, and executive leadership with actionable commercial insights.

Owns manufacturing systems and process architecture for medical device production from printed parts through final inspection. Responsibilities include designing factory workflows, leading Kaizen improvements, governing ERP manufacturing standards and quality documentation, building MES/ERP dashboards, resolving complex process failures, driving corrective actions, and mentoring product engineers. Requires regulated medical device experience, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 knowledge, additive and subtractive manufacturing expertise, and cross-functional leadership.

Supports manufacturing processes for medical device components from additive printing through post-processing, inspection, and shipment. Responsibilities include improving cycle time and throughput, participating in Kaizen events, analyzing bottlenecks, developing work instructions and quality documentation, managing configuration-controlled revisions, dispositioning nonconforming materials, and troubleshooting production issues. The role works with operations and quality teams in an onsite, regulated manufacturing environment.

Process high-volume vendor invoices, perform GL coding, maintain vendor master data, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, handle vendor inquiries, support month-end close and audits, and drive AP process improvements and automation.

Leads technical quality for high-volume consumer technology manufacturing lines. Responsibilities include analyzing yield, Pareto trends, and Cpk metrics; driving variation reduction; leading root-cause and CAPA investigations; maintaining PFMEAs, control plans, and SPC systems; supporting customer inquiries, FAIR approvals, audits, and engineering changes; evaluating raw materials; and embedding defect-prevention practices across production teams.

Provides hands-on quality support for high-volume consumer technology manufacturing. Monitors yields and scrap, leads defect containment and Material Review Board evaluations, performs optical, CMM, dimensional, and cosmetic inspections, prepares First Article Inspection Reports, verifies GD&T compliance, conducts 8D and 5-Why investigations, audits production processes, and maintains compliant Device History Records and lot documentation.

The Lead People Partner will support business leaders and employees across assigned functions, coaching managers, handling employee relations, guiding workforce planning and organizational development, and improving the employee experience. This hands-on role will build scalable People processes, support organizational change, partner with People Operations, and use data and emerging technologies to improve efficiency. The position requires strong judgment, relationship-building, project management, and experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees in a fast-changing operational environment.

Own quality for active metal additive product lines and transition products from development to scalable production. Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validations, SPC implementation, root-cause investigations, CAPA and 8D activities, and mechanical and metallurgical testing. Maintain DMRs, ECOs, and FMEAs; verify metal powder quality; and support First Article Inspection approvals. Partner with R&D, operations, and customer teams to ensure process stability, product quality, and manufacturing readiness.

Leads quality strategy for complex new product introduction programs, from development through production ramp. Responsibilities include process validation, capability studies, SPC frameworks, risk management, FMEA, control plans, supplier qualification, mechanical and metallurgical testing, nonconformance disposition, and continuous improvement. The role partners across R&D, manufacturing, operations, suppliers, and customers while ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA QSR requirements. It also provides technical leadership and mentorship to quality engineers.
