Lead manufacturing-engineering for precision optical and opto-mechanical production: develop MOMs/BOMs, work instructions, inspection plans, fixtures, and tooling; apply SPC, FMEA/DOE, and root-cause methods; support production ramp, ERP/MES change control, supplier issue resolution, and safety (laser/chemical) in a controlled quality system to scale prototypes into repeatable medium-volume production.

Own program-level CapEx, KPI planning, vendor/OEM management, and interoperability between robotics, PLC controls, and enterprise systems. Provide advanced technical mentorship, conduct design reviews, and drive continuous improvement and standards across automation deployments.

Lead global sourcing and supplier management for post-processing CAPEX and subcontract services. Develop multi-year category strategy, negotiate OEM contracts, manage procurement lifecycle, build supplier panels, deliver cost and risk frameworks, and partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure equipment delivery, FAT, commissioning, and KPI performance.

Lead VulcanForms' end-to-end global logistics and trade compliance function: manage freight and carrier contracts, customs brokerage, hazardous materials handling (including titanium powder), tariff and duty strategy, TMS implementation, KPIs, and a growing trade compliance team. Serve as subject matter expert for ITAR/EAR, USTR filings, denied party screening, and export licensing while partnering with Finance and Procurement to mitigate tariff exposure.

The Visual Design Lead will enhance VulcanForms' brand identity, develop visual guidelines, and create compelling designs for various platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Lead deployment, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of industrial manufacturing equipment. Interface with vendors, optimize equipment performance (OEE/MTBF/MTTR), author SOPs and maintenance schedules, and collaborate with Facilities, EHS, Quality, and Process teams to ensure safe, reliable 24/7 production operations.

Plan and expedite materials for prototype and pre-production NPI builds. Track vendor commitments, identify and mitigate shortages and long-lead risks, maintain build schedules and trackers, coordinate logistics, and communicate status and risks to engineering and program leadership.

Lead and build the site Quality organization for a high-volume 3D-printed titanium manufacturing facility. Own the QMS, drive defect reduction, product qualification, metrology and metallurgical testing, implement SPC and automated reporting, support audits and customer reviews, and scale quality teams and systems to meet aggressive production launch targets.

Support investor communications, reporting, and relationship management by drafting investor updates, board materials, and talking points; manage investor requests and trackers; prepare investor-facing narratives, support conferences/events, and assist corporate development in fundraising.

Support capital raises, investor diligence, and strategic initiatives. Manage data rooms and diligence workflows, build and audit financial models and scenario analyses, prepare investor materials, coordinate cross-functional diligence, and evaluate M&A targets while helping establish a formal Corporate Development function.

Create and maintain manufacturing execution documentation and master data to enable controlled, traceable, repeatable production. Translate engineering drawings/BOMs into shop-floor instructions, support pilot and first-article builds, coordinate part numbers/BOMs/routings in Epicor and MES, define data capture requirements, support system testing/UAT/training, and serve as cross-functional NPI interface to ensure production readiness from systems and documentation perspectives.

Lead development and improvement of powder safety program for reactive metal powders. Specify and qualify safety equipment, perform audits and DHAs, validate systems, apply NFPA 660, partner with operations and facilities, and maintain regulatory awareness to mitigate powder-related risks.

Lead and scale a recruiting organization for technical and high-volume manufacturing roles. Partner with executives to translate business plans into hiring strategies, build sourcing and internal pipelines, reduce agency reliance, improve interviewing and hiring processes, and establish recruiting systems, reporting, and operations across multiple sites. Develop early-career and workforce programs and advise leaders on talent strategy.

The Cost Accounting Lead will manage and improve cost accounting processes, analyze costs, develop budgets, and report financial insights for decision-making.

Support sourcing strategy and supplier management for high-value, technical categories. Build cost models, run RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, maintain sourcing trackers and dashboards, analyze supplier qualification and savings, and track delivery performance.

The Applications Manager will lead Kinetic Cloud ERP management, align business needs with system capabilities, and mentor a Technical Business Analyst while ensuring stable application operations and driving process improvements.

Lead development, optimization, and sustainment of titanium powder handling and post-print manufacturing processes. Support equipment setup/qualification, MES/ERP material tracking, work instructions, troubleshooting, DOE/process characterization, and cross-functional production support to improve safety, quality, throughput, and scalability.
