Lead manufacturing-engineering for precision optical and opto-mechanical production: develop MOMs/BOMs, work instructions, inspection plans, fixtures, and tooling; apply SPC, FMEA/DOE, and root-cause methods; support production ramp, ERP/MES change control, supplier issue resolution, and safety (laser/chemical) in a controlled quality system to scale prototypes into repeatable medium-volume production.

Lead global sourcing and supplier management for post-processing CAPEX and subcontract services. Develop multi-year category strategy, negotiate OEM contracts, manage procurement lifecycle, build supplier panels, deliver cost and risk frameworks, and partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure equipment delivery, FAT, commissioning, and KPI performance.

Lead VulcanForms' end-to-end global logistics and trade compliance function: manage freight and carrier contracts, customs brokerage, hazardous materials handling (including titanium powder), tariff and duty strategy, TMS implementation, KPIs, and a growing trade compliance team. Serve as subject matter expert for ITAR/EAR, USTR filings, denied party screening, and export licensing while partnering with Finance and Procurement to mitigate tariff exposure.
