Leads technical quality for high-volume consumer technology manufacturing lines. Responsibilities include analyzing yield, Pareto trends, and Cpk metrics; driving variation reduction; leading root-cause and CAPA investigations; maintaining PFMEAs, control plans, and SPC systems; supporting customer inquiries, FAIR approvals, audits, and engineering changes; evaluating raw materials; and embedding defect-prevention practices across production teams.

Provides hands-on quality support for high-volume consumer technology manufacturing. Monitors yields and scrap, leads defect containment and Material Review Board evaluations, performs optical, CMM, dimensional, and cosmetic inspections, prepares First Article Inspection Reports, verifies GD&T compliance, conducts 8D and 5-Why investigations, audits production processes, and maintains compliant Device History Records and lot documentation.

The Lead People Partner will support business leaders and employees across assigned functions, coaching managers, handling employee relations, guiding workforce planning and organizational development, and improving the employee experience. This hands-on role will build scalable People processes, support organizational change, partner with People Operations, and use data and emerging technologies to improve efficiency. The position requires strong judgment, relationship-building, project management, and experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees in a fast-changing operational environment.
