Manage the full commercial contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewals, obligation tracking, and risk escalation. Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other teams to provide contractual guidance and support onboarding questionnaires. Own and improve CLM processes, workflows, templates, approvals, reporting, and contract records across procurement, sales, finance, and commercial agreements.

Lead deployment, commissioning, qualification, and optimization of industrial manufacturing equipment, including additive manufacturing, thermal processing, machining, automation, and cleaning systems. Manage equipment selection, vendor relationships, facility integration, troubleshooting, performance metrics, documentation, preventive maintenance, and operator training. Collaborate with Facilities, EHS, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable 24/7 production operations.

Leads the cross-functional Digital Manufacturing program, overseeing strategy, project plans, technical interfaces, dependencies, risks, resources, reviews, documentation, and executive reporting. Coordinates engineering, IT, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams to deploy scalable data infrastructure, inspection systems, digital tools, and production architectures. Ensures successful transition of new digital capabilities into sustainable daily operations with defined ownership, service levels, and support models.
