Perform inspections, audits, and quality checks of aircraft components and MRO maintenance processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Track corrective actions, collect and analyze quality data, support internal and external audits, maintain records, assist training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide expert-level desktop and endpoint support, manage and triage service desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, administer Active Directory, mentor junior staff, create knowledge articles, assist with AV and conference room setups, and support change and incident management to meet SLAs.

Perform alterations and repairs on civil aviation components per FAA‑accepted technical data; fabricate and duplicate tooling from engineering drawings; operate manual lathes, mills and shop equipment; perform ARC/MIG/TIG welding and thermal cutting; apply specialty coatings; document maintenance, inspect work, and manage inventory.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in MRO shop operations to reduce TAT, improve throughput, quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring FAA/EASA and OEM compliance. Perform root cause analysis, update work instructions, optimize test stand utilization and workflows, track KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, quality, vendors, and technicians to implement corrective actions and process innovations.

Lead implementation of a new business channel and support procurement for distribution. Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics integrated with Component Control Quantum ERP. Manage strategic sourcing, RFP/SOW preparation, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, purchase orders, requisition tracking, and supplier site visits.

Implements and administers global employee benefits programs, ensures compliance with 401(k), ACA and SCA rules, manages vendor relationships, leads annual enrollment and system/process improvements, coordinates with HRIS/Payroll/IT, and handles complex benefits escalations.

Perform alteration, repair, inspection, and manufacture of civil aviation components per FAA and manufacturer technical data. Develop and duplicate tooling from engineering drawings, apply specialty coatings, weld (ARC/MIG/TIG), operate torches and manual machine tools, use precision measuring equipment, document maintenance records, maintain inventory, and operate forklift as needed.

Design and develop the backend architecture for a scalable e-commerce platform, building APIs, microservices, integrations, payment and inventory systems, and CI/CD/monitoring. Optimize databases and performance, ensure security and compliance, collaborate with frontend, DevOps and product teams, and support ERP and third-party integrations to handle high transaction volumes.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack custom applications. Translate business requirements into technical specs, write and refactor secure code, manage repositories, participate in change management and testing, provide after-hours support, and ensure compatibility with enterprise infrastructure.

Lead a warehouse team to manage shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Oversee team performance, implement warehouse procedures, coordinate shipments, maintain packaging inventory, and support sales/customer service to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Perform precision alteration, tooling development, and repair of aviation hot-section components following FAA-accepted technical data. Operate manual lathes, mills, saws, grinders, sanders and drill presses; apply specialty coatings; inspect components; document maintenance records; manage inventory and tooling using engineering drawings. Maintain quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Lead HR integrations for acquisitions and transformations, managing project plans, timelines, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinate HRIS, payroll, benefits, talent management, policies, change management, and communications to align acquired organizations with company standards while ensuring compliance and minimizing disruption.

Support assembly, test, calibration, and delivery of fuel controls and related components. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, improve processes and training, validate test bench correlation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate disposition of nonconforming material. Provide occasional field support at customer sites.

Lead procurement and strategic sourcing for a major OEM partnership, driving sourcing strategy, complex negotiations, KPI reporting, forecasting, contract drafting, supplier relationship management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional supply chain health initiatives.
