Lead OEM aerospace quality for engine components, overseeing QMS, supplier quality, audits, MRB, corrective actions, RCA, and cross-functional integration to ensure regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and zero-defect delivery.

Independently inspect and assess incoming aircraft wheels, parts and spares using technical manuals and CMMs. Determine serviceability (reuse, repair, scrap), produce detailed assessment reports, maintain traceable records, liaise with purchasing for replacements, support continuous improvement, keep tools and work areas maintained, and provide guidance to junior colleagues.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of projects: assist project managers with plans, schedules, budgets; track progress; prepare documentation and reports; manage risks and changes; coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and resources; analyze project data and support process improvement and procurement activities.

Manage aftermarket product line commercial performance, forecast and own KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, support inside sales and customers, handle pricing/lifecycle actions, and drive revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain dimensional inspection programs and CMM routines; perform FAIs (AS9102); conduct MSA/Gage R&R and uncertainty studies; manage calibration traceability (ISO 17025); support MRB/root cause analysis; advise on metrology methods; partner with suppliers and customers; and provide training and mentorship on metrology and inspection practices.

Support assembly, test, calibration, and delivery of fuel controls and related components. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, improve processes and training, validate test bench correlation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate disposition of nonconforming material. Provide occasional field support at customer sites.

Manage and trade aircraft component inventory via exchange, loan, and sale. Develop customer and trading-partner relationships, generate quotes, close sales, and promote the company through marketing and social media. Optimize stock availability with production and purchasing teams, identify revenue and margin opportunities, recommend inventory investments, and maintain sales and market activity reporting.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational roles in an aerospace repair/shop environment: source, screen, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, support offers and onboarding, use AI-enabled sourcing tools, partner with hiring managers and HR, and handle high-volume requisitions and recruitment reporting.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack custom applications. Translate business requirements into technical specs, write and refactor secure code, manage repositories, participate in change management and testing, provide after-hours support, and ensure compatibility with enterprise infrastructure.

Lead advanced export compliance activities including sales order reviews, restricted party screening, ECCN and Schedule B classifications, export documentation (AES, commercial invoices, SLIs), licensing analysis under the EAR, audit support, mentoring junior staff, and resolving regulatory discrepancies to ensure shipment readiness and compliance.

Lead optimization and development of repair and manufacturing processes for turbine/turbomachinery systems. Create and maintain repair routings and operation sheets, provide shop support, design tools/fixtures, ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers.

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and hones to machine aerospace parts to spec; interpret blueprints; perform quality checks with precision measuring tools; maintain and troubleshoot equipment; document repairs and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet aerospace standards.

Support supplier quality assurance by monitoring supplier performance, documenting and investigating nonconformances, tracking corrective actions, communicating with suppliers, analyzing quality data, assisting audits and reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as VSE's single point of contact for major OEM partners managing engine accessories programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet OEM technical, schedule, and reporting requirements; lead contract negotiations, audits, financial tracking, strategic network planning, and product lifecycle decisions. Drive product improvements with MRO network and ensure timely deliverables. Role requires worldwide travel and stakeholder influence.

Perform precision alterations and repairs on civil aviation components per FAA-accepted technical data; develop and duplicate tooling; weld (ARC, MIG, TIG); operate manual lathes, mills, saws, grinders, sanders, drill presses and forklifts; apply specialty coatings; document maintenance records; inspect completed work; maintain inventory and safe, orderly workspace.

Design and develop the backend architecture for a scalable e-commerce platform, building APIs, microservices, integrations, payment and inventory systems, and CI/CD/monitoring. Optimize databases and performance, ensure security and compliance, collaborate with frontend, DevOps and product teams, and support ERP and third-party integrations to handle high transaction volumes.

Provide HR and office administrative support at the Hamburg site: manage recruiting and onboarding, maintain personnel records, handle HR inquiries, assist with performance management and employee relations, generate HR reports, oversee office operations and vendors, organize events, manage mail and security procedures, and provide clerical/executive support to senior leadership.

Lead technical oversight for aircraft and engine asset management projects, integrate 3rd-party technical services, ensure regulatory compliance, manage technical teams and processes, perform inspections, develop procedures and budgets, and support business development to drive project success and client satisfaction.

Lead HR integrations for acquisitions and transformations, managing project plans, timelines, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinate HRIS, payroll, benefits, talent management, policies, change management, and communications to align acquired organizations with company standards while ensuring compliance and minimizing disruption.

Manage order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and logistics for Power by the Hour customers. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate parts receipt and return-to-service, support RMAs and core returns, escalate AOG orders, attend AOG meetings, liaise with sales, supply chain and quality teams, and prepare PPH tariff reimbursement reports for Pratt & Whitney.
