Provides end-user computing support for acquired-site integrations, managing equipment procurement, configuration, imaging, physical deployment, access validation, user onboarding, and training. Coordinates vendors, tracks project milestones, resolves technical issues, and maintains integration documentation. The field-based role requires approximately 80% domestic and international travel, on-call coverage, and flexible hours during go-live and hyper-care periods.

Leads California people operations, including HR strategy, employee relations, employment-law compliance, performance management, talent planning, training, organizational development, HR reporting, and compensation analytics. Partners with senior leaders, manages workplace policies and testing programs, supports recruitment and employer branding, and promotes employee engagement and an inclusive culture.

Leads VSE’s enterprise supplier business development strategy for aviation aftermarket distribution and MRO partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing strategic suppliers, managing executive relationships, leading complex negotiations, developing financial business cases, securing executive approvals, and establishing governance, processes, and KPIs. The role requires extensive aviation aftermarket expertise, executive communication, cross-functional leadership, mentoring, and frequent domestic and international travel. It is fully remote and may evolve into a supervisory position.
