Perform inspections, audits, and quality checks of aircraft components and MRO maintenance processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Track corrective actions, collect and analyze quality data, support internal and external audits, maintain records, assist training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide expert-level desktop and endpoint support, manage and triage service desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, administer Active Directory, mentor junior staff, create knowledge articles, assist with AV and conference room setups, and support change and incident management to meet SLAs.

Monitor warehouse and logistics operations, coordinate Andon calls and rapid response teams, document and escalate operational issues, track resolutions, ensure material flow and customer delivery priorities, and drive timely cross-functional corrective actions and continuous improvement.
