Manage and grow customer relationships by handling quotes, orders, complaints, and pipelines; coordinate with internal teams, track KPIs and territory performance, identify leads, provide after-sales support, and mentor junior sales reps to drive revenue and retention.

Oversee implementation of IT infrastructure and software projects, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, ERP integration, staff management, system audits, disaster recovery, and ongoing maintenance. Coordinate with user departments and data center, enforce IT policies, and ensure projects meet quality, security, and financial objectives.

Provide global desktop support and escalation for VSE employees: manage tickets, diagnose and repair desktops/laptops/peripherals, administer accounts in Active Directory, support Office 365, mentor team members, document KB articles, and assist with AV and conferencing. Participate in on-call rotation and meet SLAs.
