Contribute to Reflex, VSCO’s production GPU image-processing engine, expanding RAW processing, large-image export, desktop support, color accuracy, memory management, and performance. Ship engine changes through native bridges to iOS and macOS, maintain shared rendering contracts, diagnose mobile graphics issues, improve packaging and CI workflows, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering on technical direction. The role requires deep GPU and rendering expertise, systems programming, mobile graphics experience, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Own and operate VSCO’s AWS and EKS platform, building Terraform modules, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, observability, autoscaling, networking, data-store services, and Cloudflare or CloudFront infrastructure. Lead production cutovers, participate in on-call, troubleshoot Linux, Kubernetes, and network issues, and create durable fixes. Partner with product and data teams, review infrastructure designs, and guide teams toward reliable shared platform solutions.

Lead strategy and roadmap for VSCO Economy, discover and validate monetization opportunities, build payout infrastructure and KYC-compliant flows, partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal and Finance, use AI-assisted tools for research and prototyping, and ship 0→1 products that help photographers monetize their work.

Own VSCO’s production GPU image-processing engine and its iOS/macOS integration. Lead rendering, shader, color-management, memory, performance, and imaging capabilities including RAW and large-image export. Define shared pipeline contracts, diagnose mobile graphics issues, mentor senior engineers, improve engineering workflows, and guide technical direction across Product, Design, and Engineering. The role requires deep GPU systems expertise, strong systems-language experience, mobile graphics experience, and proven AI-assisted developer workflows.

Partner with the CEO to drive execution across planning, hiring, product, GTM, finance, and culture. Own operating cadence, track leadership priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, prepare high‑stakes CEO communications, support board/investor and people processes, and build scalable systems to keep the company aligned and accountable.

As a Staff Software Engineer (iOS), you will collaborate with teams to build mobile solutions for media manipulation, promote code quality, and shape the technical vision of VSCO's mobile platform.

The Staff Product Designer will own product design initiatives from strategy through delivery, leveraging AI tools, mentoring designers, and collaborating closely with teams to define and refine product experiences.

The Senior Product Designer will develop design systems, create AI tools, prototype user experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product growth and retention.

Lead development of scalable React Native applications, mentor team, drive code quality and collaborate across departments, focusing on AI-assisted development.
