Own VSCO’s production GPU image-processing engine and its iOS/macOS integration. Lead rendering, shader, color-management, memory, performance, and imaging capabilities including RAW and large-image export. Define shared pipeline contracts, diagnose mobile graphics issues, mentor senior engineers, improve engineering workflows, and guide technical direction across Product, Design, and Engineering. The role requires deep GPU systems expertise, strong systems-language experience, mobile graphics experience, and proven AI-assisted developer workflows.

Lead and grow a team of server, web, and full-stack engineers for a business management platform. Remain hands-on: review and contribute code, shape architecture, define roadmaps, set success metrics, remove blockers, and collaborate with product, design, and data science. Drive adoption of AI-enabled tooling to improve engineering velocity and operational efficiency.

Own and maintain HRIS and contractor management systems, streamline onboarding/offboarding, ensure compliance and payroll coordination, build reporting and dashboards, and improve people processes. Partner with CEO, Legal, and Finance to manage contractor classification, benefits administration, and culture-building operations while documenting policies and using data to drive people decisions.
