The Senior Writer develops creative communications, collaborates with designers, and establishes brand voice for client projects, requiring effective problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Supports accounting operations across multiple entities, including accounts payable, vendor invoices, expense reports, contractor payments, credit card charges, payroll general ledger transactions, account analysis, cash management, documentation, and month-end close. The role also contributes to process improvements, maintains accurate financial schedules, applies GAAP and accounting procedures, and collaborates with vendors and internal teams.

Supports senior project managers and independently manages smaller client projects. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, financial tracking, staffing, risk mitigation, change control, client communications, documentation, SOWs, billing coordination, deliverables, and project meetings. The role manages brand, marketing, campaign, digital, creative, advertising, strategy, and research projects while coordinating internal teams, clients, accounting, resource management, and partner agencies.

Creates visual designs, typography, logos, icons, and conceptual campaigns across TV, print, packaging, and digital channels. Collaborates with project teams, translates client visions into functional creative solutions, presents and sells work to clients and colleagues, and delivers assignments according to project timelines and briefs. The role requires strong conceptual problem-solving, strategic thinking, initiative, adaptability, collaboration, and pixel-perfect design execution.
