Own the content workstream for public tenders across Europe, researching requirements, drafting persuasive proposals, coordinating technical and business inputs, and ensuring polished, compliant submissions. The role includes adapting content for local markets and languages, managing document versions, maintaining reusable proposal libraries, and supporting RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, demos, and presentations. Develops and manages relationships with city stakeholders to expand micromobility operations across existing and new markets. Leads two concurrent hardware procurement and development projects from requirements and supplier selection through industrialization, launch, and post-launch improvements. The role reduces network concentration risk, integrates 3PL capacity into planning, analyzes performance data, drives operational improvements, and leads cross-functional programs with Procurement, Repair, Safety, and Workforce Management.

Develops public policy strategy and government relationships in Spain for Voi’s micromobility operations. Monitors regulations, supports favorable local and regional policies, influences tender processes, advises operations teams, and represents Voi with industry associations. The role also coordinates communications initiatives, media engagement, and partnerships with political stakeholders. Requires strong Spanish and English communication, analytical skills, and at least three years of public policy or political-sector experience.

Own Voi’s security toolchain across the software delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities include triaging and tuning AppSec alerts, hardening service templates, building CI/CD security guardrails, implementing signed builds and SBOM pipelines, creating security KPI dashboards, reviewing infrastructure and AI-generated code, evaluating AI security capabilities, and supporting security champions with tools and guidance.

Own end-to-end recruitment for specialist operations, policy, and commercial roles across international markets. Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners, source diverse candidates, manage candidate communications, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Contribute to hiring projects, employer branding, and People & Culture initiatives while using AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and practices.

Own strategic relationships with third-party logistics partners across Germany. Manage sourcing, contract and pricing negotiations, onboarding, performance reviews, and operational follow-up. Develop city-specific supplier strategies, analyze performance data, address service issues, and coordinate cross-functional planning for city launches with Fleet Managers, Operations Strategy, and Market Development teams.

Owns indirect procurement categories from spend analysis and sourcing through contracting, supplier relationship management, negotiation, performance evaluation, and cost optimization. Identifies supply risks, develops mitigation strategies, improves the indirect supply base, and advises stakeholders on procurement best practices. The role partners across Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, markets, and senior leadership to improve value-chain efficiency and total cost of ownership.

Own and develop compensation and benefits programs across international markets. Analyze market and internal data, maintain job structures and compensation frameworks, manage review and incentive processes, administer benefits, ensure legal compliance, support employee options, and advise employees and managers. Partner with People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR stakeholders while improving processes and communicating complex topics clearly.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that predict vehicle demand across cities and fleets. Own projects end to end, from hypothesis formation and data requirements through production implementation, monitoring, and business impact evaluation. Improve the company’s ML platform and MLOps standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to team learning.
