Owns Voi’s third-party logistics partner framework across markets, including sourcing criteria, operating models, charging and warehouse capacity, SOPs, KPIs, SLAs, and performance escalation. The role reduces network concentration risk, integrates 3PL capacity into planning, analyzes performance data, drives operational improvements, and leads cross-functional programs with Procurement, Repair, Safety, and Workforce Management.

Develops public policy strategy and government relationships in Spain for Voi’s micromobility operations. Monitors regulations, supports favorable local and regional policies, influences tender processes, advises operations teams, and represents Voi with industry associations. The role also coordinates communications initiatives, media engagement, and partnerships with political stakeholders. Requires strong Spanish and English communication, analytical skills, and at least three years of public policy or political-sector experience.

Industrial Design Intern supporting Voi’s Vehicle Design & Research team in Stockholm. Responsibilities include developing vehicle component and platform concepts, creating physical prototypes, producing mechanical details, supporting design research, and balancing industrial design intent with mechanical feasibility. The role requires hands-on collaboration, independent work, sketching, CAD, prototyping, and a strong understanding of manufacturing.
