Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, user research, ideation, testing, implementation, and iteration. Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to create accessible, consistent experiences. Use qualitative and quantitative insights, analytics, metrics, and AI tools to guide decisions and measure impact. Contribute to roadmap planning, design processes, and team maturity.

Own strategic relationships with third-party logistics partners across Germany. Manage sourcing, contract and pricing negotiations, onboarding, performance reviews, and operational follow-up. Develop city-specific supplier strategies, analyze performance data, address service issues, and coordinate cross-functional planning for city launches with Fleet Managers, Operations Strategy, and Market Development teams.

Perform battery swaps, reposition and retrieve vehicles, maintain accessible parking areas, identify and make minor repairs to damaged vehicles, and support safe fleet deployment. The role involves working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, following safety procedures, interacting respectfully with the public, and assisting with local engagement events. This is a part-time, two-month fixed-term position with rotating shifts in Malmo.
