The Business Development Senior Director will lead commercial efforts with pharma/biotech companies, managing the sales cycle and developing high-value partnerships while exceeding revenue targets.

Manage and coordinate concurrent implementations of Viz.ai products at customer hospitals. Use standard project documentation and tracking to deliver projects on time and within budget, provide client-facing training (in-person and remote), and report status, deliverables, risks, and issues. Travel up to 15% as needed.

Manage marketing operations including lead management, scoring, MQL lifecycle, segmentation, campaign data integrity, and marketing tech stack administration. Optimize processes using AI and automation, partner with Sales/RevOps, maintain clean enriched marketing data, and produce reliable reporting to drive pipeline growth and improved conversion.

Act as strategic advisor, coach managers, handle complex employee situations, design manager capability interventions, drive people programs, use people data to surface org health, and apply AI tools to automate and accelerate HR workflows. Support full employee lifecycle and partner on retention, engagement, and org design in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment.

Lead Viz.ai's platform product strategy and execution across care pathways, AI capabilities, EHR integrations and life sciences data. Grow Product, Product Marketing, and Design teams; drive adoption, engagement, pricing, implementation scalability, and ARR contribution. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical, Commercial, Customer Success, and the board to translate product vision into measurable clinical and commercial outcomes.

Serve as first-line IT support for hardware, software, networking, and enterprise applications. Triage and resolve support tickets, manage onboarding/offboarding, administer Okta and endpoint management (Intune, Jamf), maintain device health and access controls, collaborate with Security and Engineering, document processes, and improve support workflows to ensure a secure, compliant, and user-friendly hybrid work environment.

Sell Viz.ai enterprise healthcare software to hospitals, IDNs, and clinical stakeholders. Manage a regional territory, execute sales strategies, meet quotas, engage clinicians and C-suite, support clinical adoption using studies and FDA-cleared product knowledge, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive SaaS sales motion from lead to close.

Lead life-sciences commercial strategy and go-to-market: design pricing and revenue models, build channel partnerships, drive pharma positioning and thought leadership, inform sales/marketing messaging, and manage cross-functional initiatives using AI tools.

Design and implement infrastructure and self-serve developer tools to improve developer experience and velocity. Lead scalable, reliable backend platform work for microservices, CI/CD, container orchestration, monitoring, and performance.
