Lead Viz.ai's platform product strategy and execution across care pathways, AI capabilities, EHR integrations and life sciences data. Grow Product, Product Marketing, and Design teams; drive adoption, engagement, pricing, implementation scalability, and ARR contribution. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical, Commercial, Customer Success, and the board to translate product vision into measurable clinical and commercial outcomes.

Serve as clinical subject matter expert for cardiovascular products, inform product development, drive implementations and pilots, develop clinical toolkits, collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, and analytics, and build external partnerships to optimize workflows and measure KPIs.

The Director of Customer Success will lead the West region, driving customer outcomes, commercial strategies, and team development while fostering executive relationships within enterprise accounts.
