Own pulmonary care pathways from problem discovery through launch and adoption. Translate pulmonary guidelines and evidence into patient criteria, care-gap logic, and clinical workflows; prioritize roadmaps; develop requirements; measure outcomes; and coordinate Product, Engineering, Clinical, Customer Success, Implementation, and Design teams. Lead clinician discovery, site visits, prototyping, customer issue resolution, clinical validation, and post-launch improvements. Requires pulmonary medicine expertise and clinical credibility, with product or digital health experience preferred.

Owns end-to-end clinical research and real-world evidence data management, including research database and EDC configuration, EHR data extraction, transformation pipelines, data cleaning, quality control, data lock, statistical analysis, documentation, and automated EHR-to-EDC integrations. The role requires hands-on work with messy clinical data, scalable ETL solutions, APIs, data models, reproducible code, and cross-functional collaboration with site IT, informatics, product, and research stakeholders.

Support multiple senior executives by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting follow-ups, priorities, communications, expenses, confidential information, and leadership events. Prepare executive materials, coordinate across global time zones, and build AI-powered workflows to streamline administrative processes. Partner with fellow Executive Assistants and the People Team while providing backup executive support.
