Owns the e-commerce vertical’s global business development strategy, pipeline, revenue performance, and expansion across Europe. Lead Azure/AKS migrations and IaC, automate operations, enhance Datadog monitoring, drive reliability and cost optimizations, and mentor engineering teams while owning production rollouts and runbooks.

Assist partners in onboarding new merchants, engage prospective partners, and handle escalated partner requests while driving production and growth.

Field-based role promoting Viva.com services, onboarding and activating merchants, monitoring portfolio performance, resolving issues, presenting product features, and building client relationships through visits and events.

The Data Engineer will design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL and Azure technologies while enhancing data processing with AI and machine learning.

Maintain, configure and administer on-premises and Azure cloud production infrastructure. Design, deploy and operate Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, AKS, Service Fabric), networking, VPNs and firewalls. Resolve escalated incidents, automate tasks via scripting, collaborate with engineers and partners, document processes, and support procurement and SLAs.

Manage incoming leads and merchant onboarding, support payment acceptance setup, monitor account performance, promote company services, maintain client records, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will automate deployment and operational capabilities, improve CI/CD pipelines, and enhance observability for Viva.com's technology platforms using Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.
