Serve as the technical and business liaison for ISV partners and key merchants across Europe. Support fiscalisation API integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure regulatory compliance, guide onboarding, test implementations, manage escalations, and deliver technical training and documentation. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Presales, and Success teams to improve integrations, partner adoption, and long-term customer outcomes.

Build production-ready solutions by turning ambiguous business problems into precise specifications, directing AI development tools, validating outcomes, and owning delivery from concept through production. The role requires strong C#/.NET, SQL, system design, testing, CI/CD, observability, and production operations experience. You will work independently on-site in Athens, collaborate with product, risk, operations, and engineering experts, present solutions to stakeholders, and operate within secure internal AI development frameworks.

Supports Revenue function operations and commercial initiatives through business analysis, pricing models, financial forecasts, management reporting, KPI monitoring, and process improvement. Translates commercial terms into partner contracts, coordinates Pricing Committee activities, follows up on action plans, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on strategic projects. The role also promotes AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
