Leads Vitra Health’s organization-wide compliance function across MassHealth programs. Responsibilities include developing compliance strategy, conducting risk assessments, overseeing audits and investigations, managing corrective actions, ensuring CMS, HIPAA, Medicaid, and OIG compliance, preparing for regulatory reviews, building dashboards, educating employees, and leading the compliance team. Partners with executive leadership, Legal, Operations, Clinical Services, and Human Resources to embed regulatory compliance and quality improvement across the organization.

Creates and maintains home-care client schedules, matching caregivers to client needs, certifications, availability, geography, and authorized hours. Updates scheduling and EMR systems, tracks visit completion, resolves conflicts and callouts, communicates schedule changes, and coordinates with clients, families, caregivers, nurses, and internal teams. Supports hiring forecasts, audits, compliance, quality improvement, and customer service while maintaining confidentiality and meeting scheduling KPIs.

Provides strategic administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership, including complex calendar management, communications, board meeting coordination, reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive briefings. Maintains confidential records, manages office operations, supports onboarding, coordinates stakeholders, and assists with strategic initiatives. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads Vitra Health’s revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, denials, payment posting, reimbursement, authorizations, payer contracting, compliance, reporting, and audits. The role analyzes performance metrics, improves financial and operational outcomes, develops policies and controls, manages payer relationships, and leads revenue cycle staff. It partners with Finance, Compliance, operations, vendors, and payers to optimize reimbursement and support organizational financial health.

Develops community partnerships, referral networks, and client leads for healthcare programs across Northern Massachusetts. Executes field-based outreach, business plans, events, and enrollment initiatives; supports intake and government benefits applications; maintains CRM records and activity reporting; and promotes brand awareness. Builds relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, housing authorities, and prospective clients while meeting referral and enrollment goals. May provide translation services, assist caregiver recruitment, and work evenings or weekends.

Conducts 100% field-based community outreach, sales, lead generation, and partnership development for healthcare programs. Builds referral relationships with providers, agencies, housing communities, and organizations; identifies prospective members; supports intake, enrollment, benefits applications, and caregiver recruitment. Develops territory outreach plans, tracks leads and activity in CRM systems, promotes brand awareness, reports results, and meets referral and enrollment goals. Requires frequent travel, community engagement, occasional evening and weekend work, and bilingual communication is preferred.

The Senior Staff Accountant prepares consolidated financial statements, manages general ledger activities, reconciliations, payments, cost allocations, and accounting procedures. The role analyzes financial data, conducts audits, ensures GAAP and healthcare regulatory compliance, and supports billing and accounting inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, mentoring colleagues, promoting quality care, and serving as a company brand ambassador.

Provides clinical and operational leadership across assigned service areas, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality care, staffing coverage, client and staff satisfaction, and financial performance.
