Supervise and develop a team of Scheduling Coordinators to ensure timely, compliant client visit scheduling for home- and community-based services. Oversee workforce planning, staffing coverage, performance metrics, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical, HR, and operations teams to ensure service continuity and regulatory compliance.

Lead and manage compliance program and monitoring across AFC, GAFC, and ADH programs. Oversee audits, risk-based reviews, corrective action plans, training, and regulatory implementation. Serve as primary contact for surveys and reporting, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in documentation, billing integrity, and regulatory adherence.

Provide in-person nursing case management: conduct intake, admission, annual and reassessment visits; perform nursing assessments; develop and update care plans; educate clients and caregivers; monitor client well-being through regular home visits; coordinate services and community resources; document care accurately and ensure regulatory compliance.
