Own the end-to-end payroll process for a multi-site workforce, including daily ADP timecard monitoring, payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, employee changes, compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping. Partner with Human Resources and Finance, resolve employee inquiries, maintain confidentiality, support audits, and improve payroll procedures. The role requires onsite work in Boston and strong accuracy, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Develops community partnerships, referral networks, and client leads for healthcare programs across Northern Massachusetts. Executes field-based outreach, business plans, events, and enrollment initiatives; supports intake and government benefits applications; maintains CRM records and activity reporting; and promotes brand awareness. Builds relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, housing authorities, and prospective clients while meeting referral and enrollment goals. May provide translation services, assist caregiver recruitment, and work evenings or weekends.

Conducts 100% field-based community outreach, sales, lead generation, and partnership development for healthcare programs. Builds referral relationships with providers, agencies, housing communities, and organizations; identifies prospective members; supports intake, enrollment, benefits applications, and caregiver recruitment. Develops territory outreach plans, tracks leads and activity in CRM systems, promotes brand awareness, reports results, and meets referral and enrollment goals. Requires frequent travel, community engagement, occasional evening and weekend work, and bilingual communication is preferred.
