Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support, ATS data integrity, recruitment metrics, employer branding, compliance, and candidate experience.

Drive community outreach, business development, and enrollments for GAFC, AFC, VNA, and ADH programs. Build partnerships, generate referrals, conduct field-based intake/enrollment, maintain CRM documentation, meet referral and enrollment targets, and support outreach strategy and reporting.

Field-based Community Liaison responsible for outreach, lead generation, partnership development, and enrolling eligible members into GAFC, AFC, VNA, and ADH programs. Builds relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, conducts in-field outreach and intake/enrollment, maintains CRM records, meets referral and enrollment goals, and supports program growth and caregiver recruitment.
