Leads Vitra Health’s statewide clinical and business operations, translating strategy into execution, improving processes, managing leaders and teams, overseeing budgets and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality care and client satisfaction. Establishes operational KPIs, analyzes performance data, develops policies, supports technology improvements, and presents results to executive leadership. Requires substantial healthcare operations leadership, MassHealth regulatory knowledge, and advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Leads the Human Resources function, advising executive leadership on workforce planning, compensation, benefits, HR technology, and total rewards. Oversees HR professionals, modernizes HR systems and operations, drives process improvement and automation, develops workforce metrics, ensures legal and policy compliance, and strengthens employee lifecycle services, organizational effectiveness, and talent retention.

Coordinates high-volume client and caregiver schedules, matching services based on qualifications, availability, geography, and client needs. Maintains scheduling and EMR records, tracks visit completion, resolves conflicts, communicates changes, supports care coordination, and ensures confidentiality and regulatory compliance. The role also contributes to workflow improvements, audits, quality initiatives, hiring forecasts, and customer service for clients, families, nurses, and caregivers.
