The role requires strong automotive exterior expertise, cross-functional collaboration, supplier relationship management, and leadership in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Analyze and optimize electric vehicle cost structures and bills of materials across the product lifecycle. Develop cost models, benchmark EV OEMs, evaluate materials and manufacturing processes, support supplier negotiations and value engineering, and track cost savings. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and finance teams to improve cost competitiveness. Lead system architecture, requirements, integration, calibration, validation, and technical roadmaps for electric vehicle drive systems and traction inverters. Coordinate cross-functional EE, power electronics, software, controls, and testing teams. Manages dummies, sensors, laboratory equipment, cameras, and maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with FMVSS, Euro NCAP, AIS, IIHS, ISO 17025, and laboratory safety standards. Supports test-method improvements, technical reporting, equipment verification, and facility upkeep.

Serve as the technical subject matter expert for powertrain and thermal calibration, leading control logic and feature development across vehicle programs.
