Develop, deploy, and optimize CNN/DNN and computer-vision models on embedded SoCs and hardware accelerators. Responsibilities include model conversion, quantization, graph and operator optimization, heterogeneous CPU/GPU/DSP/NPU workload tuning, memory and data-movement optimization, profiling, and debugging end-to-end embedded AI pipelines using C/C++ and Python.

Leads VinFast’s passive safety and crashworthiness function from vehicle concept through SOP. Owns crash architecture, structural deformation, occupant protection, restraint development, CAE-to-test correlation, crash-test root cause analysis, countermeasures, and global NCAP/regulatory readiness. Builds the passive safety organization, establishes engineering standards, leads cross-functional technical decisions, and balances safety performance with mass, cost, packaging, timing, and manufacturability.

Lead supplier and component management for automotive electrical and electronic systems. Define requirements, specifications, statements of work, test plans, and validation activities; manage DFMEA, DVP, integration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Coordinate cross-functional and supplier teams, support vehicle architecture and functional safety discussions, monitor technical deliverables, and ensure components meet project requirements and delivery targets.
