Govern reusable platform assets, interface changes, and versioning while collaborating with feature, software, hardware, E/E, integration, validation, supplier, and vehicle-domain teams. Deliver platform architecture, signal dictionaries, interface standards, health models, compatibility matrices, baselines, and architecture decisions for production-ready L2+ through L4 automated-driving systems.

Own ADAS components—including cameras, radars, lidars, ultrasonic sensors, positioning units, and domain controllers—from concept through production and field support. Define requirements and interfaces, select and challenge suppliers, review designs, manage validation, functional safety, cybersecurity, homologation, APQP, PPAP, and engineering changes. Lead root-cause investigations, supplier performance, technical reviews, and start-of-production readiness while mentoring junior engineers.

Integrate ADAS systems across vehicle platforms, including sensors, actuators, communication networks, and vehicle domains. Define integration strategies, manage system baselines and dependencies, execute vehicle bring-up, analyze traces and logs, resolve cross-domain issues, and prepare stable configurations for verification and validation. Coordinate Feature, Architecture, Software, Hardware, V&V, suppliers, and release-management teams to deliver safe, production-ready autonomous driving systems.

Leads the Seats and Restraints engineering function for VinFast’s vehicle institute. Responsibilities include guiding vehicle-part design and modifications, collaborating with engineering, quality, suppliers, and contractors, advising senior leadership, implementing engineering best practices, overseeing daily activities, reporting to top management, and conducting performance reviews.

Leads concept-to-launch development and validation of automotive plastic exterior components, including bumpers, grilles, trims, ornamentation, and shields. Oversees materials, injection molding, tooling, surface finishing, quality, testing, regulatory compliance, and ADAS integration. Collaborates with styling, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and Tier 1 partners while managing cost optimization, manufacturability, cross-functional projects, and root-cause problem solving.

Build and operate production data pipelines and data products for VinFast’s AI Mobility Assistant. Responsibilities include integrating vehicle, customer, charging, service, and navigation data; orchestrating Airflow and Spark workflows; modeling data with dbt and ClickHouse; developing dashboards and governed AI-agent data access; and implementing data quality, governance, monitoring, and DevOps practices.

Lead end-to-end integrated vehicle motion control system integration and calibration through production. Direct chassis control optimization across suspension, damping, braking, steering, and vehicle dynamics systems. Define requirements, performance targets, validation strategies, and development tools; lead supplier coordination, debugging, root-cause analysis, functional safety reviews, and corrective actions. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive innovations that improve vehicle dynamics, ride comfort, handling, safety, and customer experience.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native Android applications using Kotlin. Build scalable applications with modern architecture, integrate backend services, optimize performance and security, troubleshoot complex issues, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and cross-functional teams.

Develop perception and end-to-end driving models for autonomous driving systems. Responsibilities include computer vision for detection, segmentation, tracking, and 3D scene understanding; multi-sensor fusion; dataset preparation; model training and evaluation; simulation and closed-loop testing; and real-time embedded deployment. Senior and Expert engineers own technical delivery, guide architecture, and mentor others. The role collaborates with software, hardware, planning, and control teams.

Develop scalable 3D and 4D reconstruction and neural-rendering pipelines for high-fidelity digital twins of driving environments. Apply Gaussian Splatting, NeRFs, foundation models, and generative reconstruction to create realistic scenes for simulation, synthetic-data generation, perception development, and autonomous-driving testing. Build static and dynamic environments, generate controllable scenarios, and collaborate with perception, simulation, data, and infrastructure teams.

The Functional Safety & SOTIF System Lead Engineer manages safety compliance, leads cross-functional teams, and conducts safety analyses for automotive systems, particularly ADAS, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Design and optimize high-voltage battery electrical components and systems for electric vehicles. Develop 2D and 3D designs, resolve technical issues, coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers, support component quality and testing, and contribute to DFMEA, PFMEA, specifications, safety documentation, and new technology evaluations.

Leads talent acquisition strategy and recruitment for senior-level positions, including annual planning, process improvement, vendor and budget management, team leadership, reporting, and onboarding coordination. Builds relationships with training organizations and ensures strategic hiring needs are met through effective sourcing and stakeholder engagement.

Lead eBus body-in-white and body structure engineering from concept through production. Develop and validate designs against crash, NVH, stiffness, durability, and mass targets; advise on materials, joining, corrosion protection, and manufacturing design. Collaborate with design, CAE, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers; conduct root-cause analysis, design reviews, FMEAs, and engineering changes. Support tooling buyoff, process validation, plant launch, and production ramp-up.

Lead engine management system software and calibration development for powertrain and thermal systems. Own SOR, DFMEA, calibration planning, dataset management, quality gates, timing, and technical reporting. Coordinate sensors, actuators, base-engine and emissions calibration, OBD diagnostics, and calibration fleets. Participate in test-bed, chassis dynamometer, vehicle, road, and environmental testing while collaborating with engineering, quality, and suppliers to meet emission homologation and regulatory requirements.

Lead vehicle homologation and certification activities for export markets, particularly India. Research regulations, develop certification strategies, coordinate testing and sample vehicles, review compliance reports, manage homologation budgets, monitor regulatory changes, and maintain certificate validity. Collaborate with engineering, design, testing, PMO, contractors, and international agencies to ensure vehicles meet market requirements and project timelines.

Build and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services; document current architecture; identify bottlenecks and dependencies; design scalable, secure, resilient, event-driven target architectures; create technical diagrams; recommend service refactoring; and collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and vehicle teams.
