The Electrical and Electronic Engineer will design electrical systems for electric motorbikes, oversee product development, ensure project timelines, and resolve quality issues while collaborating cross-departmentally.

Lead integration of vehicle-level performance attributes (weight, NVH, durability, safety, thermal, dynamics, energy management, cost, CX). Develop convergence plans, manage risk registers and dashboards, align CAE, design, testing, VOC, and program teams, present status to leadership, and ensure traceability from targets to validation.

Develop, apply, and validate full-vehicle and suspension-level MBS simulation models to analyze handling, ride comfort, drivability, and steering. Correlate models with test data, define kinematic and stiffness requirements, recommend optimization measures, and support virtual tuning with cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain a modular full-vehicle range simulation model; run regulatory and custom drive cycles; calibrate and correlate models with test data; perform sensitivity studies and benchmarking; produce model releases, prediction reports, and documentation to support validation and decision-making.

Lead NVH attribute development for next-generation EVs: define and verify NVH targets, coordinate with ESPs and internal teams, correlate CAE and physical test results, perform root-cause analysis, propose mitigations, and report critical gaps while balancing whole-vehicle trade-offs.

Lead development of SAC/VQC procedures and nonconformity handling, conduct plant audits, share lessons and best practices across plants, drive task forces for continuous improvement of quality/cost/operations, train and support plants on SAC/VQC, and perform other leadership tasks as required.

Lead in-country vehicle test & validation for India-built EVs, evaluate vehicle attributes (ride, NVH, thermal), manage measurement tools, conduct benchmarking and interoperability charging tests, support homologation, handle customer issues, produce audit reports, and coordinate with marketing and test partners to improve product attributes and compliance.

Manage Seats & Restraints Department, oversee engineering compliance, drive innovation, lead team of engineers, ensure global stakeholder communication.

Develop, design, implement, and test application software for in-house automotive ECUs using model-based tools. Create and refine software requirements, design models, code, and test specifications. Perform SIL/HIL/SYS testing, calibration, and robustness testing in HIL lab or prototype vehicles. Collaborate cross-functionally and continuously evaluate new technologies to optimize software performance.

The NVH Lead Engineer will define and manage NVH performance requirements, develop test standards, and support engineering teams with NVH guidelines and best practices.

Design original automotive styling concepts, create mood boards, sketches, and renderings, collaborate with engineers and Color & Trim, select materials/colors, oversee prototypes, iterate designs, and present visuals to stakeholders while staying current on trends.

Analyze and synthesize vehicle test, benchmarking, and market data to set technical targets, support pre-TA gate alignment, and inform competitive positioning. Provide remote technical support across international markets, monitor attribute and technology trends, and recommend attribute trade-offs balancing performance, technology content, and cost.

Design, build, and deploy production LLM-based AI agents and multi-agent systems. Responsibilities include model selection, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT/DPO), RAG pipelines, inference optimization, observability, API/service development, evaluation frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI features into products.

Design, deploy, and optimize scalable MLOps/model-serving infrastructure and GPU compute for low-latency Agentic AI and VoiceAI. Build EKS-based Kubernetes clusters, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, observability, and GPU performance tuning to productionize large AI models.

Lead quality assurance and validation for electrical and electronics systems across product development. Develop testing and validation processes, coordinate testing activities and cross-functional teams, analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure product reliability before mass production.

Lead and deploy PCB design activities, coordinate with schematic, mechanical, and production teams, provide technical solutions and cost optimizations, report design issues, manage work and issues in Jira/Codebeamer/TFS, produce plans and reports, and participate in company initiatives.
