Develop and deploy LLM-based conversational and multi-agent systems for automotive domains. Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs, implement RAG/knowledge bases, design agent orchestration, optimize models for edge devices, build personalization and proactive features, and ensure safety, evaluation, and production-grade MLOps/LLMOps.

Build and operate VinFast’s ADAS and autonomous-driving data platform across backend services, data storage, APIs, and internal React applications. Own features end to end, including design, deployment, observability, dashboards, documentation, and operations. Manage large-scale data cataloging, metadata, search, versioning, and delivery systems while collaborating with AI, testing, and operations teams. Review code, establish technical standards, and mentor engineers.

Validates ECU diagnostic functions, vehicle communication networks, and automated testing solutions for electric vehicles. Develops UDS diagnostic test plans, verifies DTC behavior and diagnostic services, tests CAN FD, Ethernet, DDS, and XCP communication, and builds automated environments using Vector tools and scripting languages. Supports HIL, SIL, bench, and vehicle testing, analyzes logs, performs root-cause analysis, prepares reports, and collaborates with development teams to resolve defects.
