Leads end-to-end industrial process automation projects from initiation through commissioning and handover. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost estimation, budget and risk management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, KPI tracking, and reporting. The role requires managing PLC, SCADA, HMI, and control system integration projects while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements.

Coordinate offshore marine, aviation, cargo, personnel, and inventory logistics for the GranMorgu Development Project. Serve as the offshore logistics focal point, coordinating with onshore teams, vessel crews, helicopter personnel, drilling supervisors, contractors, and operations teams. Maintain manifests and logistics records, monitor CCU inventories, oversee loading and discharge operations, enforce HSE and aviation procedures, support emergency response, and ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective logistics execution.

Lead the full contracting and procurement lifecycle for offshore drilling, wells, marine logistics, and support vessel services. Develop sourcing strategies, prepare tenders, evaluate bids, negotiate with suppliers, issue contracts and purchase orders, and ensure compliance with company, legal, HSE, tax, and customs requirements. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage supplier relationships and performance, conduct market intelligence, maintain procurement records, and support cost optimization and operational continuity.

Lead HSSE strategy and compliance across multi-site projects: implement ISO-aligned management systems, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, deliver training, manage emergency response, liaise with authorities, oversee environmental programs, and report HSSE performance to senior management.

Leads OT cybersecurity delivery for major oil and gas projects, including risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability testing, security architecture, segmentation, firewall requirements, hardening, and control assessments. Coordinates vendors, OEMs, and client stakeholders; leads technical workshops; oversees implementation, integration, testing, FAT/SAT activities; and validates cybersecurity deliverables, remediation, and compliance with IEC 62443 and applicable industry requirements.

Lead RCM workshops and asset reliability programs for oil & gas assets: analyze failure modes, integrate RCM into asset management, optimize maintenance strategies, train teams, and use CMMS and predictive tools to reduce downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.

Develop and expand process automation business by building pipelines, engaging customers, leading techno-commercial discussions, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored DCS/PLC/SCADA solutions while monitoring market trends.

Lead end-to-end procurement for industrial automation equipment (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, drives, instruments). Manage vendors, prepare RFQs, perform techno-commercial comparisons, negotiate pricing, issue and track POs in ERP, and drive cost optimization and localization for project delivery.

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts in industrial sectors by building stakeholder relationships, identifying digital transformation needs, proposing solutions, coordinating internal teams for delivery, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention, and maintaining account plans and sales pipeline.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of 132kV–400kV HV substation projects in Abu Dhabi, managing tender cost estimation, execution studies, contractors, budgets, schedules, HSE compliance, commissioning and handover while supporting continuous improvement.

Manage OT cybersecurity risk, compliance, and governance for industrial control systems. Maintain ISMS for OT, perform risk assessments and audits, monitor remediation plans, analyze incidents, and ensure alignment with regulatory and international standards (IEC 62443, ISO27001). Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to close compliance gaps.

Analyze customer requirements and design ELV and physical security system solutions, prepare technical proposals, BOQs, site surveys, system diagrams, and cost estimates. Support sales, vendor coordination, bid clarifications, and handover to implementation teams while ensuring standards compliance.
