Design HV/EHV substations including SLDs, equipment sizing, layouts, short-circuit and load-flow studies, protection and control schemes, SCADA/RTU integration, earthing and lightning protection, and preparation of GA drawings, cable schedules, BOQs and datasheets while ensuring IEC/IEEE and CEA compliance.

Manage EHS compliance and safety culture for electrical automation and power projects. Conduct inspections, supervise contractors, prepare JSA/HIRA/SOPs, run inductions/toolbox talks, investigate incidents, ensure barricading/signage, coordinate with authorities, and promote behavior-based safety for HT/LT and substation environments.

Manage end-to-end delivery of turnkey substation and power distribution projects including bidding, estimation, planning, execution, vendor management, risk/change control, stakeholder reporting, and ensuring quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
