Coordinates technical sales and service activities for gas and flame detection solutions. Manages customer relationships, proposals, site surveys, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance planning, training, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with sales, engineering, operations, procurement, suppliers, logistics, and clients to ensure timely project delivery and strong service performance. The role also supports customer satisfaction, sales targets, QHSE compliance, and continuous professional development.

Supports ELV and security systems projects through site supervision, installation, testing, commissioning, coordination with project stakeholders and suppliers, and preparation of project documentation. Ensures compliance with specifications and safety requirements. The role is site-based in Riyadh and surrounding areas, requires Saudi nationality, and welcomes fresh graduates with an electrical or electronics engineering degree and basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, networking, or ELV systems.

Design HV/EHV substations including SLDs, equipment sizing, layouts, short-circuit and load-flow studies, protection and control schemes, SCADA/RTU integration, earthing and lightning protection, and preparation of GA drawings, cable schedules, BOQs and datasheets while ensuring IEC/IEEE and CEA compliance.
