Own the employee experience from signed offer through offboarding for employees across Warsaw, Munich, New York, and Dublin. Responsibilities include onboarding, buddy programs, 30/60/90-day check-ins, international relocations, milestone recognition, office changes, offboarding, and people rituals. The role will build the company’s initial People function, coordinate immigration providers, improve onboarding systems, and travel to international hubs for launches and joiner cohorts.

Manage the CMO’s calendar, inbox, Slack triage, logistics, and follow-through. Protect focused work time, identify blockers, chase team commitments, and provide daily priorities. Build and validate customer lifetime value, retention, expansion, attribution, incrementality, and causal models. Use backtesting, calibration, uncertainty estimation, and experimentation to guide acquisition, pricing, sales investment, and financial planning. Develop reproducible Python modeling code and lifecycle dashboards, collaborate with growth, sales, finance, and data engineering, and communicate model assumptions and limitations to decision-makers.
