Drive pipeline and CAC improvement with rapid creative testing, clean attribution (CAPI/pixel), audience buildout, and weekly performance reporting.

Own full-cycle recruiting as the company's first dedicated talent hire: source, screen, manage agencies, build hiring systems (Ashby, scorecards), instrument funnel metrics, and use AI to automate sourcing and ops to scale hiring from ~25 to 50–70 people.

Run and close cross-functional operational work across product, finance, people, customer, and company ops. Take briefs, recommend solutions, execute end-to-end, build repeatable processes, and improve handoffs. Deliver steady weekly closures and become the operational backbone supporting founders and teams.

Lead positioning and run product and vertical sub-launches end-to-end: Product Hunt, landing pages, creative assets, comms, sales enablement, and customer proof. Own Google Ads end-to-end for Viktor: build and run Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns; run landing page and conversion experiments; set a weekly testing cadence; own measurement and attribution (enhanced conversions, offline imports, conversion modeling); build keyword/audience/asset libraries; report on spend, CAC, and pipeline. Be hands-on, operator-first, and work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to scale Google as a predictable channel.

Own and grow Viktors community across Slack, Reddit, review sites and other channels. Drive onboarding, events, ambassador programs, feedback loops to product and engineering, and convert users into advocates to improve retention and public ratings.

Lead end-to-end product-led growth for activation, retention, and monetization. Run hypothesis-driven experiments (A/B), instrument funnels, write PRDs and microcopy, ship with engineering, and analyze results with SQL and PostHog/HogQL. Own three live experiments at a time, improve onboarding, charge-recovery, integration-drop recovery, and expansion triggers to move retention and revenue metrics.

Hands-on brand and marketing designer responsible for producing ads, social content, campaigns, decks, event graphics, swag, and marketing product visuals. Extend and enforce the brand system, ship high-volume static and motion assets, support sales and events, and iterate quickly using AI tools and Figma/Adobe workflows. Ownership of brand execution across channels with rapid turnarounds and measurable impact.

Design and prototype AI-native product experiences across Slack, Teams, onboarding, integrations, billing, collaboration, and admin flows. Convert ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear interaction models, collaborate closely with engineers to ship quickly, and craft details (states, copy, spacing) while raising overall product UX and trust.
