Build and validate customer lifetime value, retention, expansion, attribution, incrementality, and causal models. Use backtesting, calibration, uncertainty estimation, and experimentation to guide acquisition, pricing, sales investment, and financial planning. Develop reproducible Python modeling code and lifecycle dashboards, collaborate with growth, sales, finance, and data engineering, and communicate model assumptions and limitations to decision-makers. The role is onsite in Warsaw.

Own the partner acquisition operations layer, including sourcing creators, agencies, and newsletters; qualifying partners; negotiating pricing; managing placements; evaluating performance; renewing successful partnerships; reconciling invoices and payments; and maintaining trusted reporting. The role also supervises workflow automations and requires strong written communication, analytical judgment, campaign operations experience, and accountability for CPM, engagement, or CAC outcomes.

Build and operate the infrastructure powering partnerships outbound, including sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, CRM automation, attribution, and reporting. Own Attio as the pipeline system of record, integrate SaaS tools using Python or TypeScript, and create reliable scrapers, scoring pipelines, dashboards, scheduled jobs, and workflow automations. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, deliverability, data hygiene, measurable outcomes, and production-ready internal tools.
