Own Meta paid acquisition end-to-end for Viktor: strategy, campaign structure, bidding, budget, creative production, experimentation cadence, and measurement. Drive pipeline and CAC improvement with rapid creative testing, clean attribution (CAPI/pixel), audience buildout, and weekly performance reporting.

Own full-cycle recruiting as the company's first dedicated talent hire: source, screen, manage agencies, build hiring systems (Ashby, scorecards), instrument funnel metrics, and use AI to automate sourcing and ops to scale hiring from ~25 to 50–70 people.
