Lead design and execution for viktor.com and high-volume campaign landing pages. Rapidly design, ship, and iterate A/B tests, build templates for fast launches, implement conversion surfaces, instrument analytics, and own web-to-product boundaries. Work hands-on in Figma and code (Next.js/React/Tailwind), monitor PostHog/GA/Mixpanel, and prioritize test backlogs to improve conversion.

Create high-volume performance ads and marketing assets across static, motion, social, campaigns, decks, events, and product visuals. Execute and extend Viktor’s brand system while maintaining consistency across customer-facing surfaces. Collaborate with growth and creative strategy teams, use AI throughout the workflow, ship quickly, measure results, and iterate. The role also develops templates, illustrations, storyboards, short videos, event materials, and marketing-ready product imagery.

Own and optimize the lifecycle machine: activation, expansion, retention, and reactivation for a PLG B2B SaaS. Hands-on in Customer.io, run experiments, define segmentation with engineering, manage deliverability and sending hygiene, and be judged on activation, net revenue retention, and reactivated revenue.
