Lead full-stack engineering for Studio: design, build, and own APIs, backend services, and React/TypeScript product features on AWS. Drive architecture and technical direction, lead projects end-to-end, mentor teammates, leverage AI-assisted development, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Support activation of client mobile messaging campaigns, manage short-code inventory, vendor and carrier relationships, handle reporting and audits, maintain compliance documentation, and coordinate communication among internal stakeholders and external partners.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and launches for new customers: manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders; build and QA SMS/MMS/Push/Wallet/RCS campaigns; configure A/B tests and segmentation; ensure compliance and brand accuracy; troubleshoot platform issues; document processes and serve as primary customer contact.

This role involves developing backend solutions with Ruby on Rails, designing responsive frontends using React.js, and managing AWS infrastructure with Terraform in a full stack capacity.

The Account Executive will drive bookings and manage enterprise sales processes, generating pipeline and providing technical insights for mobile engagement solutions.
