Own AI strategy and partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer teams to deliver automation (send-time optimization, personalization, predictive segmentation), define success metrics, build customer relationships, run experiments, and lead cross-functional execution to drive adoption and measurable campaign outcomes.

Lead 15-20+ concurrent client-facing technical engagements from kickoff through delivery. Manage stakeholder communications, scope, timelines, budgets, and escalations. Coordinate developers, TAMs, CS, Sales, Product, and Finance; run Jira workflows and standups; own PS financial tracking, vendor invoice approval, and rollup reporting to leadership.

The Account Executive will drive bookings and manage enterprise sales processes, generating pipeline and providing technical insights for mobile engagement solutions.

Lead full-stack engineering for Studio: design, build, and own APIs, backend services, and React/TypeScript product features on AWS. Drive architecture and technical direction, lead projects end-to-end, mentor teammates, leverage AI-assisted development, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
