Lead product strategy and roadmap for Vibes' Platform, balancing reliability for enterprise marketers with an ambitious AI-native transformation. Own AI strategy and partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer teams to deliver automation (send-time optimization, personalization, predictive segmentation), define success metrics, build customer relationships, run experiments, and lead cross-functional execution to drive adoption and measurable campaign outcomes.

Lead 15-20+ concurrent client-facing technical engagements from kickoff through delivery. Manage stakeholder communications, scope, timelines, budgets, and escalations. Coordinate developers, TAMs, CS, Sales, Product, and Finance; run Jira workflows and standups; own PS financial tracking, vendor invoice approval, and rollup reporting to leadership.

The Account Executive will drive bookings and manage enterprise sales processes, generating pipeline and providing technical insights for mobile engagement solutions.
