Interns perform administrative tasks, learn departmental processes, assist with non-licensed work, receive mentorship and training, and participate in volunteer and company events while developing professional skills.

Review and secure complete loan packages, prepare investor packages, identify and correct deficiencies, coordinate re-signs and final document corrections, and communicate with internal teams, borrowers, title/settlement agents to ensure compliant, timely handoff of closed loans.
