Paid, full-time graphic design internship creating digital, print, environmental, event, presentation, and internal communication assets. The intern will brainstorm concepts, prepare production files, collaborate with designers, marketers, vendors, and stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and support projects from concept through completion while receiving mentorship and building a professional portfolio.

Build and strengthen a network of real estate agents by coaching performance, developing relationships, tracking business goals, coordinating with loan officers and concierge teams, and keeping home-buying transactions on schedule. The role supports agent growth, partner engagement, and excellent customer experiences while requiring strong organization, communication, dependability, and comfort with technology. A real estate license is not required initially, as licensing support and training are provided.

Build, monitor, and optimize automated customer messaging journeys across the customer lifecycle. Partner with creative teams, data analysts, and internal stakeholders to develop targeted communications, interpret campaign performance, improve customer experiences, and provide implementation guidance. The role emphasizes detail orientation, communication, collaboration, customer service, marketing automation, and basic logic or coding concepts.
