Lead internal communications content by writing and editing stories, coaching a small content team, managing a year-round content calendar, organizing captured content, measuring engagement, and exploring new tools (including AI) to improve efficiency.

Provide phone and email technical support to borrowers using the MyVU portal: assist with enrollment, logins, uploads, signing, and locating payments. Troubleshoot issues, escalate system problems, keep detailed notes, and collaborate with internal loan teams to improve borrower experience. Work on-site in Columbia, MO, with nontraditional hours; training provided.

Design and build accessible, responsive web products and high-performing landing pages. Collaborate with designers, engineers, product owners, and analysts to prototype, implement, test, iterate, and optimize user experiences. Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional delivery.
