Manage Git/GitHub and Jenkins-based CI/CD, deploy using AWS and Kubernetes, integrate ERP/HCM APIs, and perform automated testing with Selenium/Cypress. Apply tax domain expertise and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot within a SAFe environment.

The Strategic Account Manager drives customer engagement and satisfaction, managing key accounts to maximize value and ensure successful partnerships through strategic planning and cross-functional coordination.

Design, implement, and lead medium-to-complex platform projects end-to-end. Make architectural decisions, build APIs and backend systems, ensure reliability, observability, and high availability; write automated tests; triage bugs; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with product, design, and customers; and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs for the Oseries product.
