Deliver expert in-person and virtual facilitation for SaaS/enterprise audiences, using adult-learning strategies and AI-enabled tools to drive adoption, readiness, and measurable behavioral change. Partner with instructional designers, product, and AI teams to iterate content, measure learning effectiveness, and reinforce training with job aids and post-training reinforcement. Travel up to 40%.
